Hot 97’s DJ Enuff and his family appeared on Dr. Oz this afternoon. Ephram spoke on his unhealthy lifestyle and being diagnosed with diabetes. After undergoing a check up, The Heavy Hitter promised to quit smoking and whip himself into shape. Seems like he’s already on the right track.

Reminds me of when i got the news, but with an crazy obsession with working out, getting them crunches and runs in, it is easy to turn around, I came into 09 at damn near 300 and down to 204 and shopping at stores that I only thought was for the dancers and friendlies, now I am Top Shop heavy right now, H&M, Zara’s, loose that weight Enuff
