IM GOING TO START THIS ARGUMENT EARLY:
The album will end up being “just ok” but because of ALLLLLLLLL the anticipation people will treat it like the holy grail and claim it to be much better than it actually is.
No doubt that Dre is the biggest innovator in hip-hop, production wise. However, an album can only be so good. It doesn’t take that long to make an album. Like, he want’s it perfect, but there’s only a certain limit to go above any beyond…. This record ain’t coming out.
Dre is always in the studio because that’s his passion. This nigga will be in the studio when he’s 80 years old. That’s his life. He doesn’t care about Detox as much as the people do. Lack of motivation and you get wack shit. High standered artists won’t put out wack shit. So he’s jamming out every day.
