As producer Shawty Redd is free on bail and faces life in prison for murder, some exclusive details on the case regarding the victim have surfaced. According to an associate of both men, Beatz by Squeak, the victim’s name is Damon “Choppo” Martin. Although reports say, Choppo was an intruder and Shawty acted in self-defense in the NYE incident, it is alleged that Choppo was a long-time friend of Shawty Redd.
