This footage is not particularly rare. It (and more) is all on the bootlegged “Roadhouse Destiny” DVD which has been circulating amongst collectors for a few years now.
Now. find me the FULL version of the unreleased 1986 Prince song “Cosmic Day” (not just the clip) and I’ll be impressed 😀
