It’s just a shame Eminem realized his true style after the first Relapse.
Don’t get me wrong, Relpase was a very good album, easily one of the best of 2009…but it was an 8/10 album. Eminem trying a bit too hard to shock some fans.
Since then, everything he has done has been 10/10. Which is why he shelved Relapse 2, and recorded songs over again.
If there is anything in Hip Hop you can absolutely guarantee, it’s that Relapse 2 will be a classic. The fact that he’s announced there will be even no poppy single, means every song will be a modern day classic.
