No date has been set, but last night, Jim revealed that for eight weeks he’ll be teaching a music based course at a New York City public high school. Hopefully no students end up on his kufi list.

Are you kidding me? Jim Jones should not even be allowed within 100 yards of a NYC Public High School. Is he going back for his GED? This guy is a joke. Whats he going to teach… how to ride the coattails of someone elses songs and make one hit. How he has the support of all these bloggers is besides me…I wish bloggers didnt mistaken a cool personality and dude for someone who makes “great” music. Jim Jones sucks great monkey balls. He’s a terrible rapper, terrible hip-hop artist, terrible sense of fashion, terrible everything. Again… Mayor Bloomberg, Schools Chanellor, anyone with a brain… do NOT let Jim Jones into a NYC Public School. Period.
America is a celebrity society so the school will get more from bringing him in than an actual licensed teacher.
Damn those kids musta done something real f*cked up to be getting punished like this.

Wow, can a person do something for the babies and not be blasted like this, Jim Jones can teach alot on music, dude went from hanging with his dude, to Directing videos, to running a label, to being an A&R at a major with deals at one other major and a major indie, not to mention a movie and a high profile cameo in another and a cable tv show, bring a stage play off broadway (before Hov invested) dropping albums like water and having a mix tape be waited upon, he can teach alot, about music, he know it, he on the front lines, doing shows, having artist do shows, radio, tv. magazines, he knows what its like for the up and coming, established and the trying to reclaim a name, perfect fit, if he did a Learning Annex class, it would sale out, immediately
