all those guys & girl are talented. to me tho, it seems as if they’re insistent on keeping it 90’s (w/the rock beat, 80’s). not that that’s bad, but they’re like the ppl making comments. i can hear them saying: this is real hiphop..we’re bringin it back….and they prolly don’t listen to anything currently on the radio w/ a marketing strategy in mind. radio and ringtone hits are not the measure of quality music but i do want these artists to make money & i think they’re rhyme savvy enuf to mix their traditional flow, raise the rock beat into a little more life with current trends and have it be considered real hiphop:)
