  4. mark breezy says:

I don’t know if Drake is gonna live up to the hype. Where’s the video for “Over”? Shot waaay b4 Nicki’s video and she off and runnin…

“Drake is up next, let’s see what he do wit” (Jigga voice)

  5. Fat boy says:

@mark breezy. U better get “off that” lol

  6. BOBBi_G says:

I couldn’t really here it to judge it but I like the idea of using fireworks for a beat & I like the piano rolls so it may be a great song, it may be trash or it may be something in between but either way he’s doin his thing.

P.S. Follow me on twitter @bobbigprofecy & i’ll follow you

  7. Bar Mitzvah says:

Drake has to be the corniest beige nigga on the planet.

All these soft ass tracks….cmon man

  8. Slowbot says:

Doesn’t sound bad but it seems like his songs and flow are predictable at dis point…So Far gone is gonna be a tough for him to top…Most mixtapes consists of songs that artist are willing to let go that aren’t good enough to make the album..I think Drake put some of his best material on So Far Gone…Songs like “Best I ever Had”..”Forever”..’Fear”..etc are gonna be hard for him to top…Still gonna cop the album J. Cole gonna have a better album……

  9. ???? still best rite now!! says:

smh…..I think we put too much pressure on the kid.

  10. wow says:

I though Crada produced the record and 40 just co-produced it? but what do i know, right?

  11. […] Later which has just been pushed back to June 15th. Produced by Noah “40″ Shebib. (Spotted at RR) […]

  12. Nathaniel says:

    lmao @ Bar Mitzvah

…the problem with Drake is there’s no growth whatsoever. all his shit sounds like it did over a yr ago. all flows the same, same sounds, same mood, same everything. i feel like i keep hearing the same song everytime there’s a “new” joint out. he can take all his verses and rap them on any of the tracks he chooses — that’s a problem. shrug*

    won’t be copping this shit.

  13. Ac@pella! says:

I’ll wait to ya’ll drop the actual track on the site with NO tags..But I’ll pass on the concert. I’m goin to see Lupe instead the day before Drake performs here in Detroit.

  14. Ac@pella! says:

    Still coppin’ the album tho.

  15. like really says:

    Drake is one corny dude!!!!!!

  16. Eyerone says:

Atleast he kept his word by using the last line from Fear..

But other that, I see he’s still using his “I’m in the Aston doin donuts” flow…

  17. Ac@pella! says:

    ^^^

LMAO!!! True. Drake really is corny, but when u look at it, a lot of the greats were kinda corny or weird. That’s what makes them, THEM. A lot of these “tough” rappers are corny too. Actin’ like they have no emotions and whatnot. It’s all in fun tho. 🙂

  18. That Dude says:

still mad at the date but that shit sounds dope

  19. jitty says:

shits wackkkkk! all yall soft fukin dick riding hebss!! this nigga is for females n he got yll panties w NIGGAZ! banks summer!! already proven…he wud eat drake! listen to V5…niggaz on this bitch niggaz shit…support banks a real rappeer who been thru da struglle the hood real stories…not these drake wale kid cudi actors

  20. So Icy Boi! says:

Im starting not to like Drake music any more… Dis nigga like The-Dream all his music sound the same …Switch up the flow … switch up the beat ….if you wanna make a big impact like Lil Wayne did with “Lollipop” it gotta be something different and not the same

  21. Rome says:

LOOL See this is why I say J.Cole is a fuckin genius for a kid his age. Dude is watching how Drake is put on such a pedestal to RECREATE his style when he just discovered his style a year ago. J.Cole is droppin little things here and there, he’s not over saturating the market with his art, and when his album drops people won’t be sayin shit like “MAN HE sounds the same!!!” loool…Do you guys hear yourselves? ……way too much pressure on Drake, that kid gon’ crack…

  22. dadre says:

skooda chose >j cole drake is dope stop hating folks

  23. Slowbot says:

You set urself up for failure when u put ur BEST Material on a mixtape….And as good as J. Cole’s The warm up is…he said it aint shyt compared to whats gonna be on the album..

  24. Amen says:

Dope lyrics, can’t wait for the album 🙂

  25. the one says:

sounds like his track closer to my dreams.

  26. yaboitone aka FIRST KID ON THE WAY!!!! says:

Since when are you automatically corny when your not a FAKE thug, gangsta, etc.?
It’s corny to talk about REAL s**t? s**t that ACTUALLY happens? s**t that REAL NORMAL people think about all the f****g time?
ironically enough, that makes all of you ignorant f***ks the corny ones.

  27. mistahzee says:

drakes nice, but i do admit his flo is becoming played out. i think it has allot to do with the amount of music I’ve heard from him already, happens when you over saturate the market.

this is why i like eminem, guy experiments on beats with some of the most fuckup voices and flos and it is entertaining. lil wayne does the same thing.

  28. […] to be the opening song on the album. It really fits the sound I was expecting from him. Big ups to Rap Radar for the […]

  29. MR NICE says:

What the fuck is up with all these haters? Did any of you actually listen to the verse? The lyrics are real as fuck. Your all acting like hes soulja boy or something man. The dude is far from my favourite rapper but im pretty excited for the album. “Over” was a pretty good song but i have a feeling he has one or two hits hidden away for when its closer to the release date. I think all the hate is just jelousy or resentment.. Cause lets face it, Who wouldnt wanna be in Drakes position right now? Hes got the biggest buzz right now that i think i’ve ever seen around an up & coming rapper.

  30. […] Mikey: While on the AFH Tour at the Slippery Rock University stop, Drake performed the intro off his debut album, Thank Me Later, which has just been pushed back to June 15th. Produced by Crada & Noah “40″ Shebib. (Spotted at RR) […]

Needless to say inability isn’t deadly to fail is not greater than the respond regarding quitting as well as giving up. At any time we’re able to resume again (ought to all of us tend to) once that carried out after that ‘failure’ gets to be nothing at all next the short lived —

I do believe all of the ideas you’ve introduced to your post. They’re very convincing and can certainly
work. Nonetheless, the posts are very short for
beginners. May just you please prolong them a little from subsequent time?
    Thank you for the post.
