I wouldn’t consider this a fail.. Diddy as a manager can open up doors that other managers can only dream about. Also he knows every aspect of the music industry (unlike Nicki’s old manager), and can be a beast when it comes to negotiations.

So she has done a good job of keepin these artist relevant, especially in THESE times of hip-hop. Now I don’t like the music she manages (that’s my opinion tho), but in the ’00’s, Puffy has absolutely nothing on her in terms of management. He’s failed with almost every venture he’s done after 2001. Get real. Ciroq is his only hope, better keep promoting that.
