David Banner is a jack of all trades. For Gatorade’s new ad campaign, he wrote, produced, and arranged the song “Evolve” performed by Kermit Quinn. Cut the check! Banner’s currently working on the joint album Death Of A Pop Star with 9th Wonder. Release date, TBD.

David Banner is a very smart and talented brother. I hope the album with 9th Wonder shows that more than his previous work. He’s never really taken it there in his music but I think that’s what the title might be about. It’s almost as if he felt how Jay did on “Moment of Clarity” when he wanted to rhyme one way but he kind of went a different direction.
