  7. Ac@pella! says:

This shit is M-E-A-N!!!! Black Thought is, has been, and always will be a problem. Cats sleep on him a lot. This shit is a song that needs 2 be heard. This post needs 345 odd posts jus like Em and Drake gets…a lotta ppl will disagree but they cant distinguish good music and bullshit.

  8. SR says:

The Roots and Monsters of Folk, Live collabo would be Fire!!! Needs to happen.

y this don’t have 212124324234 replies like anything Drake or Em drops ?

Roots always ALWAYS delivers — buying this shit!

  10. Ty says:

That boy Black Thought ….SMH…..inarguably one of the top 5 rap monikers of all time and IMO just as inarguably one of the top 10 spitters of all time. The quantity of quality is there, only the huge sales and fame are missing. IMO the first 2 far outweigh the last 2 when considering greatness.

  11. Thank Me Hater says:

This is the kind of shit that should be getting buzz……but we all know why it’s not….because it’s the TRUTH!!

  12. Thank Me Hater says:

Btw I’m gonna be buying THIS and Em’s album on June 22nd…….fuck drake. Sorry

  13. culture shock says:

This joint is most deffinetly one of the best songs to come out this year. Deffinetly buyin this album.

  14. Sucio Beats says:

Black thought – most underrated emcee of all time next to AZ.

Dope track….something to think about…..something that the masses wouldn’t enjoy because it’s too much to listen to…..

The average listener is lazy….they just wanna hear the same shit in a track and have lots of bass…..

Then Justin Bieber is categorized as a hip-hop artist….I should just shoot myself..

  15. mr solo dolo says:

just listened to this 3 times in a row. Thats when you know its good music, listening it more than once just to understand all the lines

  16. el Davido says:

The Roots are so good. Mad consistent…and there’s always a message involved.

  17. Dashing says:

    ^^ like the Gangstarr reference.

  18. Food for thought says:

That’s cool but did u hear that new D Roc?

  19. Willie White says:

Monsters of Folk are four of the best living song writers. It would take a hip hop ensemble as smart as the Roots to recognize the potential in sampling this. Happy when I hear the crossover of respected independents. Music is a great way to share stories with people from cultures near and fear. Folk and hip hop, its as real as lyrical music gets.

  20. mac DIESEL says:

THIS SHIT IS BANGIN’!!!! BLACK THOUGHT IS MY 2ND FAVORITE MC BEHIND NAS!!!! CAN’T WAIT FOR THE ALBUM TO DROP!!!! IT’S THE ROOTS YA’LL!!!!

    DON’T HATE ON MY OPINION!!!!
