Actor Michael Rapaport sits down with The Hundreds to discuss his A Tribe Called Quest documentary, Beats, Rhymes & Life. The film chronicles the Queens outfit and features exclusive footage and interviews. He plans to premiere the doc during the Sundance Film Festival in 2011. Can I kick it?
im cool with documenting ATCQ,but how about documenting Bone Thugs n Harmony, or Run-DMC,Dr.Dre,im not knocking ATCQ but if we gonna turn away from documenting rock legends lets do it rite for everybody that has put in their hard work to make our art form and culture grow, i wanna hear the stories that i dont know about from all these artist and what it really took to get from where they were to where they are now today, and their future,props to michael for doing this.

The ATCQ documentary is happening because Michael Rappaport really wanted to make it happen and structured his life around making it happen. Quinn, if you want to have a documentary about Bone Thugs n Harmony and or Run-DMC, you have the opportunity to try to make that happen, or find a group of people who want to make that happen.
