Well there are two types of freestyle:
1. Real freestyle straight out of your head, and only to make it better rappers recycle some of their earlier lines, but basicaly it’s straight out of someone’s head
2. Modern ”freestyle” where it’s written but the subject is freestyle, meaning there is no particular topic being rapped about instead it’s just to rhyme it with the previous line…. so basicaly that comes down to most of today’s rap music minus the hook..
And some of Em’s freestyles are actualy ”modern” freestyles like that despicable thing. I’m a big fan of him but that was written, ain’t no way anyone can do that of the top of their head, and follow both beats and spit metaphors at the same time, no not even EM.
