Last night at Paradise Theater in the Bronx, Hot 97 held its Christmas concert. Performances included Nicki Minaj, Fabolous & Lloyd Banks. Above is some footage from the event last night courtesy of Industry Muscle.

This concert was awful, Banks didn’t perform, Fab played half his songs without his mic working, and Nicki Minaj came out really late and isn’t the greatest performer. Awful, awful show

Because Nicki is a girl, people expect her to dane and shake her ass. Fifty, Eminem, Jay-Z, etc. all stand in one spot and spit lyrics. I admit Kim is the better performer because Kim can dance and she speaks to her entire audience, the ones at the top and on the side of the stage, Nicki only focuses on the people in the first 10 rows. It’s no secret that Nicki can turn up her performance skills, but once she tours with the dancers, this will be a mute issue. I do, however, want Nicki to S/O to her entire audience and not just gape at the boobies she see in front of her. hehe

i was at the show nicki performed good to me lloyd didnt even perform and fab mic was messed up nicki performs like most rappers so wat is the problem …she not going to go around doing a fuckin dance rountine just cause she a girl ……and the sound was good u could hear her the whole time even her singing was pretty good …if u was not at the show dont say shit about about the sound on this video

I actually was there last night at this ghettofied concert. Hot 97 was NOT in attendance, neither was Lloyd Banks or Fred Da Godson. Nicki was the first performer of the night (weird much?) and I must say that the crowd knew every word to her songs, screamed their heads off, and embraced Nicki despite the two hour wait. If you only knew the amount of people who left once her set was done. SMH. Poor Fab’s mic was awful while his DJ was way too damn loud. After Fab’s set, the concert was over. Paradise Theater is AWFUL! No liquor, no toilet tissue among the complaints. Props to Nicki for holding down a concert with no guest appearances though.
