Rap Radar Presents: DJ Soul No Idea’s Original 2

Artwork: Dennis from Mighty Healthy.

It’s been a long time coming but you knew, the breaks were gonna come. DJ Soul is back at it again with hip-hop 2010’s funkiest foundations. Strictly for my real-live, dusty fingers-diggin’ in-the-MP3s cats. Ha! Enjoy.

^ Taken way out of context. He doesn’t hate his album. He hates the influence/compromises forced onto him by Atlantic. He hates the the story and struggle behind each song. I don’t think LASERS is what Lupe intended it to be. It sure isn’t what I wanted it to be. What happened to that F&L and Cool Lupe? I guess ill have to wait through a few more label struggles till F&L 2, LUPend.. or whatever is next. Maybe an un-influenced mixtape?
