Fuck Harvey Levin and anybody that loves his celebrity news website. First you prematurely pronounce the impending death of Lil Wayne (Weezy Forgives. We Don't.) and then you try to link the horrific actions of one of the Boston Marathon culprits to our culture? "DEAD BOMBING SUSPECT: HEAVY INTO HIP HOP" You don't say? It's 2013 and most kids are into rap music. We've been penetrated pop culture, you cock suckers. "What's interesting... hip-hop lyrics are notoriously violent and often degrading to women." So our music is at fault in this tragedy? Let's be clear the only bombs my culture cosigns is DJ Funkmaster Flex's sound effects. Thirty Mile Zone is prone to post anything to get traffic. Fuck dude and his coffee cup. Get you a Rap Radar cup and drink with us in the winner's circle.
Oh Miguel. Leg droppin your fans? You ain't Hulk Hogan and that wasn't part of the program. That's no way to treat the adoring ladies, brother.

This is what Kid Cudi was before the coke and other bad habits. This is LOVELY, JUST LOVELY. Thank You Rap Radar for putting me on Odd Future. Real talk, last week I had no idea who these guys were. Tyler The Creator is a little too off the beaten path for me, but this ish right here, this ish right here . . . . I Can Do It. Keep it up. LESS GUCCI MANE, DIAMOND, WAKA FLAKA, OJ DA JUICEMAN, ETC. MOREEEEEEEEE ODD FUTURE
THEY ARE ABOUT TO BLOW UP OFF OF THIS JOINT. SOUNDS LIKE KANYE WEST, TREY SONGZ, RYAN LESLIE, AND KID CUDI ALL IN ONE. NOVACANE, NOVACANE, NOVACANE, NOVACANE, NUMB THE PAIN, NUMB THE PAIN, NUMB THE PAIN. …………… THESE GUYS MAKE ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT MUSIC AGAIN. KINDA LIKE WHEN I FIRST HEARD DRAKE “SO FAR GONE” FOR THE FIRST TIME, KID CUDI “A KID NAMED CUDI”, WALE “MIXTAPE ABOUT NOTHING”, J.COLE “THE COME UP”, SKEWBY “PROVING YOU WRONG SINCE 1988″, WIZ KHALIFA “KUSH AND ORANGE JUICE” . . . . . . . . . . . . . novacaine and swim good are my favs :)
Okay. I was starting to think that all of them were retarded like that Tyler kid.
@ Bengal Nation
your comment is ironic to me considering this guy is more of a true singer to me than kid cudi. i don’t really hear any heavy use of auto tune. i think u may be describing as auto tune basically just the use of other vocal effects like reverb. everything that people do in the mixing process is not the blanket term of “auto-tune” ( not that u didn’t know that).
but imo, this guy sings well. in contrast, cudi doesn’t really sing well. imo. he is often singing flat notes on album songs; like finished, official, released songs. it’s kind of like he’s not singing, not rapping, but kind of sing-rapping. not full-on patti labelle “blowing”, if that means anything to you.
content-wise, they are a little similar but not very. this new guy sounds like he has a very substantive, almost “conscious” content. like a curtis mayfield. cudi is more introspective, not so much “conscious” at all but more emotionally relevant; he speaks about his inner thoughts and many emo-ass kids like him relate. no diss to emo.
anyway, it seems u were trying to shit on this new guy and say there’s no comparison. i agree partyly but i take issue with the idea that this guy can’t sing as well as cudi like cudi is some great singer. idk what’s so great about cudi in comparison. on first listen to this frank i was hooked. first time i heard “kid named cudi” i was like blah. he got more interesting later. that’s me.
@billy rae
Dope comment. Feel you on the Cudi comparison. Its nice to see good music get coverage and accepted. because its our culture and not to be racist but its young black people doing something positive. I can say I honestly see the raw talent and potential in Odd Future, and this album is proof.

Raprader isn’t here to break new artists. This was getting too much attention outside of here, so they had to post it. Still…Late Pass
^
basically. We don’t break artist. We. Are. Not. DJs.
this shit is CRAZY. do yourself a favor and cop the mediafire link immediately if not sooner
@B.Dot – I agree 100% Do your thing! This website has covered the Hip Hop culture beautifully, IMO. Some individuals will never be satisfied. If you have discrepancies with RR’s coverage (ie “late coverage” etc) then stick with whom ever it is that’s informing you prior to other websites such as RR. Keep up the good work RR, Hip Hop needs sites like this. I need sites like this. #winning!
Wow?! This mixtape is what’s desperately needed right now. Very impressed. This is goin’ on heavy rotation immediately!
