It appears that Jay-Z’s recent visit to the Kentucky Wildcats locker room has forced the NBA to investigate the meeting. The league does not allow NBA personnel to make contact with college players who are potential lottery picks before draft. As partial owner of the Nets, Jay may be fined for this infraction. How do you even “recruit” a college player? There’s a Draft. It’s not like Jay can magically make them join his team by visiting them. This seems pointless.

But guess what? This aint gonna work, this is a business afterall and people will wanna do the best for themselves and not because Jay likes them or so.
