NBA Investigating Jay-Z Kentucky Visit?

It appears that Jay-Z’s recent visit to the Kentucky Wildcats locker room has forced the NBA to investigate the meeting. The league does not allow NBA personnel to make contact with college players who are potential lottery picks before draft. As partial owner of the Nets, Jay may be fined for this infraction. Technical foul.

    – Jay only owns like 2% of the Nets. He is a non-factor. There are so many people that got that kinda money and wanted to be a part of this.

    – The reason Jay is even let to be a part of this is because of the pull he has with the youth. The majority owners are hoping to recruit players via Jay. He was in that locker room to establish contacts, nothing else.

    But guess what? This aint gonna work, this is a business afterall and people will wanna do the best for themselves and not because Jay likes them or so.

    LeBron was an adidas guy all the way until he became pro. Dudes in Portland (adidas – america) maxed out their endorsement budget and conditions but still, he went with Nike.
