Fresh off his minor run-in with the law, Frank hit Neptune Ave. to visit Pharrell last night. No word as to what went down but hopefully we can find out soon. Back in March, Mr. Ocean was in the studio with Beyoncé while Neptunes also worked with the Odd Future collective as well.
