    everybody stop leaking his shit

  2. OK.. says:

cole wtf man just drop a deep joint off the album, fuck videos,FUCK MAINSTREAM,DO YOU,if the music if good it’ll sell its self my man. you dont need the whole world to feel something so real because honestly the whole world isnt real so they wont feel REAL SHIT

  3. yeah says:

This song sucks big time, J Cole has really great lyrics he just doesn’t know to make a good song with those lyrics, his beat selection is weak and he has a hard time coming up with hooks.

He struggles with trying to maintain his lyrical ability, but also trying to make a radio friendly song.

  4. Young Sha` says:

    Cole World…No Blanket.

  5. BK's Step Father says:

    Hmmm..
I think He should Choose Kendrick’s Path, and FUCK MAINSTREAM!!!
Kendrick did GREAT! with No Radio Plays, No MTV Music Videos, etc.

Cole is a Dope Artist. But if he wants to get Radio Plays I suggest get someone in the Industry.
(wayne, skylar, rihanna, etc) it’s the ONLY way gay ass Radio Dj’s will play your shit nowadays.

  6. Sam I Am says:

i thought the video was done…………

  7. Donn says:

Niggas trynna tell Cole how to manage his career. Half Yall niggas gon burn his shit anyway. Your not the only ppl who listen to music, Cole wants to appeal to an audience who actually buys songs on iTunes

  8. 106 says:

He has better songs but he got to try and reach the audience that buys albums. Nobody questioning his lyrical ability Cole can spit but can he sell is the question he still has yet to answer. I still think this song is better than the songs on the radio and it will do well just needs a little time everything aint instant. Cole World

  9. Hip-Hop Fiend says:

    J. Cole is like my favorite rapper I tried to give this song a chance but this is not cole at all he has no life in it even when he peforms it. Fuck the radio nobody is going to hear that song on the radio and be like aw shit I gotta get this nigga album. This song will throw off the whole album. Sometimes its better not to listen to Jay-Z. Remember Jay-Z got more #1 albums then he has #1 singles.

  10. Black Shady says:

wth…..i already saw the WORK OUT video lol. they re-shooting it?

anyway, COLE WORLD 9/27. the way it looks..it’ll get push up late august. GO COP IT

  11. DMJ says:

Why would it get pushed up? If the single doesn’t chart it will be more likely to be pushed back. I just hope it drops on 9/27 J.Cole is one of the best doing it right now

  12. LA. All Day says:

    J. Cole never even had lyrical ability to begin with

  13. wtf is this says:

No, listen to his shit, he has great lyrical ability.

Unfortunatley like someone else states, he doesn’t know how to make quality songs using that lyrical ability. I find alot of his songs to be very lacking at times.

Again, theres a reason this guy has been hyped now for 3 years and still no album.

He needs to drop it, hit single or not.

  14. JoeRos says:

I just paid $22.87 for an iPad2-64GB and my girlfriend loves her Panas0nic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $675 which only cost me $62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it all from, BidsNew.

  15. DJ says:

    @OK

“you play the game or watch the game play you
and be that broke muthaf-cker talkin bout

  16. BlackAnastasia says:

Major flop in the making and homeboy will subsequently get dropped from FlopNation..Hey Cole..you better put those degree’s to work. You won’t make it with this Rap shit!

  17. Codeen says:

SMH. I’m starting to think J Cole just isn’t made for mainstream, like @Yeah said, its hard for him to come up with a catchy hook and beat, 2 things you MUST have to make it in the industry. It’s sad cause this dude got so much talent that I wish the world could see it.

  18. Codeen says:

Real Talk, he shoulda dropped when Who Dat was still a hot single.

  19. Word says:

Are the haters still commenting? Damn, yall dont get bored? All I hear is crickets when yall comment. No one gives a shit bout yall opinions. Cole got plenty good songs. See “It Wont Be Long” for just one. Check Losing My Balance next. etc etc. Peep the song with Trey Songz that just leaked too. Love yall haters man, yall help with his buzz too yall just dont know it

  20. M.T says:

    J. Cole wont go that mainstream even with work out and thats a good thing. As long as the rest of the album is straight fire who cares what the singles are. Even if he flops and gets 50k a week, it wont make a difference if the rest of the album is good.

  21. Hip-Hop Fiend says:

@Word ok you just named some really good songs but none of those are his singles none of those are getting notice becuz he don’t drop those as his singles all we got is that Work Out bullshit. Thats the one thing Drake has ove J. Cole is making a catchy hook at the same time having some what lyrical joint. J. Cole either has a catchy hook with shity lyrics or a lyrical ass song with a shity hook he gotta work on that if he want a mainstream hit.

  22. gluv says:

You know you are doing something right when you got haters who are hidden fans on the low. I’ve been checking out various sites, twitter, youtube and ect. to read or see the reaction behind this first “official” single and from how it appears, the core J. Cole fans aren’t with it, however the people who are too keen on J. Cole and especially most of the females love the joint. THESE are the people J. Cole is trying to get their attention for. The single was meant to introduce the casual listener lure them in so they can check out what other songs this dude has. Most artists tend to do this. It’s you are releasing a mainstream album, you have to do a song simple enough for those unaware of who you are to catch a glimpse. You cannot go into underground beast mode off the bat. That never works. And J. Cole admitted it didn’t work with Who Dat last year. He’s not making a mixtape type album. He’s making a balanced album that is for everyone.

  23. OK.. says:

@dj regardless of the line, this shit is hella corny and no one can front on that note

  24. […] So it’s confirmed: J. Cole is re shooting the video for the first single ‘Work Out’ and will be at the least adding some new scenes to the leaked version that hit the net a few days ago. Here are a couple of flicks from NYC via Team J. Cole & RR. […]

  25. Dre says:

Fuck all you selfish fucks..Cole world Is blowing fuck all you underground fans that don’t wanna rappers successful.. Eat a dick they have a life and they wNna live it so it means selling records, have songs on radio, headline tours… It’s what eveyone strives for.. Just like you fuck drake over just like you fuck wiz ..they get new fans get over it…be happy for people instead of shitting on them…

  26. Life After Death says:

Lmao, the hate for J. Cole has been strong today.

  27. “Work Out” is good but “Cant Get Enough” ft Trey Songz is much better, check it out below.

  29. kanye fan says:

his marketing scheme is obvious…j. cole is gonna self leak and promote the few songs on the album that arent very thought provoking and then that gets the ppls attention the most so when they buy the album they will realize that j. cole isnt all about songs like work out (which was a good song in my opinion) and disgusting (the title is describes the song). they’ll realize that he is the next great artist of the decade with songs like lost ones, cheer up, and more of the deeper songs on the album…………………. COLE WORLD YOU FUCKBOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  30. Dean Street Park says:

wow i live right across the street from this park. i shoulda been there to fkin show him some real rap skill shit.smfh.
