Actually the list goes like this : 1. West Coast Rap, 2. East Coast Rap, 3. The South, 4. The Midwest. I had to stay truthful even though Im from the midwest but we havent had the best rappers. Bone Thugs really tried and they give us a big boost, but it drops after that. Just Bone Thugs, Twista, and Kanye West and Common have been the biggest stars.
