If Jay wrote again like he did on Reasonable Doubt, which is by far IMO lyrically better than any Em album, Jay would kill deez dudes.
Em said Jay had to meet a deadline when he made RENEGADE. Em sent the track and Jay dropped 2 verses without mimicking Ems delivery and without a trace of a PEN or PAPER. Now imagine if he did sit down and write and wanted to match Ems flow? Anutha thing is that they didn’t battle. Do you realize how many more units Jigga moved by having Em on his album? That was a genius move in itself. Ems flow was crazy and the wordplay, but don’t act like Jay said some elementary raps.

@Benzo550, the album sold good because it’s branded with JAY-Z & KANYE WEST, that means that no matter what type of music they make, it will always have a good sale, they could have made a 20 track album with fartings, the sell numbers would have been also high just because of the name branding, these numbers have nothing to do with the music quality, especially the FIRST WEEK SALE numbers…
