Jay murked the track. No disrespect to Cole. They’re even now after “A Star is Born.” The song is cool. Not phenomenal but not wack. It’s just cool. Sounds like J. Cole made the beat. It is a little Ye inspired but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
I hope more of the album sounds like “Return of Simba” though and less like this and “Work Out”
