@megaman u know that the eminem show which came out in 02 went diamond selling over 10 mill copies and the carter 3 only went tripp plat 3 million copies now im not a genius but im pretty sure 10 is more than 3 also ur just a hater cuz the last album wayne had that was good was the carter 1

lol This was a great special. It’s great that the Shady camp gets along so well. Of course they would have to have such a great sense of humor with the music they put out all the time.
lol why even mention lil wayne…but yes his first week sales were suspect as a motherfucker. he took the biggest 2nd week dive practically ever when birdman stopped copping them. i personally think the goal was to go platinum even by illegitimate means and then he actually fell about 40k copies short of what was projected minus all of what birdman and the label purchased. i don’t think he came even close to platinum. i think the fans actually purchased less than half of those and birdman bought a half million which still wasn’t enough. but who really cares i don’t think sales dictate skill, i just think this is what happened in this particular case.
