Bobby Ray’s album Strange Clouds hasn’t dropped yet, but its title track featuring Lil Wayne has recently soared to a milli in sales. Not bad for a first single. Congrats!

since the introduction of itunes and digital download… it has been so easy to go platinum. Atleast compared to back in the day… Niggas wont be playing this song “strange Clouds” a year from now. Songs that went platinum back in the day have been covered multiple times, featured in multiple commercials and movies, etc. Record Companies turned the industry into a single driven market… Word to FloRida and Pitbull!

I’ve never heard this song.
Its a trip how cats like PITBULL, Flo Rida, and them are on the radio 24/7, and they’re probably the biggest rappers in the game, but they’re NEVER MENTIONED. Never talked about as the “hottest rappers”, when they really are.

Dont get me wrong I prefer Rick Ross too..I just wanted to point out how different the charts and the streets/radio are..but it is true that the “hottest” rappers according to the charts would be the likes of Pitbull,Flo Rida and BOB in terms of singles..but 1 will find that their album sales are usually not that great.
