Why wouldn’t u bump ASAP? If u like wiz, and rocky sounds like wiz to you, then great, take some more wiz-ish music. Personally, although I can see the comparison, I fuck with ASAP a lot more, mostly because his beat selection and song construction is entirely different and because wiz has literally never said anything interesting, while ASAP can be surprising sometimes (see verse 2 of toast to the gods). But simply categorizing something as “get high music” doesn’t make it all the same; Pink Floyd, Jimmy Hendrix and Nirvana all made “get high music”, but none of them are even remotely similar, and all of them are very much worth listening to.
And yes, I realize it’s Jimi Hendrix, but my phone autocorrected it and now it’s driving me nuts. It’s second guess just now was “Jill”.
