love em but I’m skeptical. Hoping for the best.

  2. I’m hoping this will not be the tone of the album, Goodie Mob means Cee-Lo RAPPING.

  3. loch121 says:

This is really a cee Lo song.I want to hear all of them rap.Song is dope though

  4. REALLY says:

THIS IS HOT!!!! Goodie Mob does not mean Cee-Lo has to rap.

That’s the problem with you people, thinking that musicians can not evolve and test new sounds as they grow. As long as the music is good, then I’m a fan. PERIOD.

  5. Converse says:

Not bad but I agree to much Lo? go figure

  6. KeepItReel101 says:

Wow I’ve always been a Goodie Mob fan since “Cell Therapy” but now, Cee-Lo forcing them to go mainstream now

  7. adrian says:

i don’t think he’s forcing them to go mainstream. they want that paper. how many of y’all purchased the goodie mob music in your ipod? the kind of fans that follow and comment on blogs are early adopters but often don’t buy music.
On the other hand; they already have a deal with the NBA licensing this song (playoffs maybe?) and they probably sold 100k on itunes right after this aired. the 15-24 yr old white female is runnin this rap shit. cuz she votes with her $1.29 and not empty praise/criticism

  8. So the Goodie Mob reunion consists of them wearing funny costumes and singing backup to Cee-lo??

If the song has success due to Cee-lo’s visibility on the show,, i’m sure he’ll split the proceeds 90/10 with his backup dancers lol

  9. Truth and Honesty says:

this is the worst thing that goodie mob could possibly make

  10. malb says:

Looks like they’re lip-syching to the song. Those illuminating braces they have in their mouths keep them from singing.

  11. Man, this is heartbreaking, World Party was bad but this is just bizarre…

  12. TRUTH says:

WHY DO I LIKE THIS SHIT…THEY LOOK LIKE A BUNCH OF SUPERHEROES. I JUST HOPE THEY MIX THIS TYPE OF SHIT WITH THAT REAL GOODIE MOB SOUND. CAUSE THIS IS CEELO’S SOUND

  13. …and is T-Mo chanelling Michael Hutchence of INXS on thier song “Mediate”?

  14. Goodie Mob are picking up where Black Eyed Peas left off…

  15. Marko-v says:

Why do rappers feel they have to sell out in order to compete nowadays? The old Goodie wudve never released a song via a singing show. This disturbs me.

  16. GeoffieTheKid says:

Goodie Mob is the new Black Eyed Peas.

  17. Blue says:

I like this it’s popping you guys did a good job check this out http://www.Streetleaguemovement.com

  18. R.Cey says:

Anybody defending the artistic integrity of this is too young to have listened to The Soul Food album when it came out (it’s cool ‘tho y’all the are future).

It’s great that they worked out their differences but it’s a Cee-Lo Green song… RR are you sure it isn’t? I ain’t too hype on their Beyonce robot suits neither.

@ Truth: I hope the same – I understand that niggas gotta pay their bills after the the show & after-party, so…

U know them foos was like Master Cee-Lo, we’ll do whatever you want. Hey whatever keeps you from going hungry, but if the rest of the album is like this, the Goodie Mob spirit is dead.

I’ve read multiple blogs on Goodie Mob’s reunion on the Voice. This is the first one that has had supporters of what took place on that stage. So let me be clear….that was not Goodie Mob! There was nothing that even resembled Goodie Mob.
As for the comment by REALLY, evolving as an artist is one thing, but losing the identity or essence that catapulted the group to fame, is career suicide. I don’t care what you say, that song was NOT Goodie Mob, and Goodie Mob’s core fan group was completely shocked.
You can’t abandon the fans that went out and bought those records, and provided you with the success you achieved, by releasing a sound/record that is no where even close to what motivated those record sales.
Look at any group or artist that has stood the test of time, and you’ll see that their success is comes from taking that unique quality only they have and adding new color to it.
Nothing about that performance was even close to Goodie Mob or what gave life to Goodie Mob.
