After contemplating on the idea, Lupe now confirms with Fuse that Food Liquor 2 will be a double-disc release and that he’s releasing its first single “Form Follows Function” on May 22.

When everything you’ve released in the last 2 years sucks balls, you’re gonna have to earn my trust back. I’m not impressed by the title alone, because I honestly don’t think Lupe can make “Food and Liquor”-quality music again.

I still trust Lupe, American terrorist 3 was great and that came out december. His features have been blah but maybe hes saving all his stuff for his album (I can only hope). I liked lasers, i did not love it. The cool and F&L i loved. 2 of the best albums ive ever heard. I hope that this single/album lives up to the hype that i now have for it after watching this video.

After Lasers, I’m not anticipating this album. I was once a huge Lupe fan, but that Lasers and his last mixtape were terrible. hopefully, he goes to soundtrak and make some more classics

The idiots commenting above are stupid. yeah LASERS was bad but his latest mixtape -FOTP- shits on anything any other rapper released this year LYRICALLY. Keyword: LYRICALLY. If you don’t like the beats that’s OK but lyrically, no one is fucking with LU.
Agree with what the guy said above about Jay-Z giving Lupe a co-sign. Why is it OK when jay-z makes commercial music with no content (same old shit – I used to push weight, I’m rich etc.) but when Lupe makes a commercial album with heavy content relating issues affecting everyone people start hating.
Oh and J.Cole’s Sideline Story was garbage. Talk about selling out. The guy just bent over and let Def Jam FUCK HIM. The double entendres and metaphors on his latest mixtape must be going over your heads whilst you were too busy hating on the beats.
