war report was a classic, but people forget capone got locked up and was only on a few songs. tragady filled in for him
Capone is lyrically stronger but his delivery sucks and he can’t make songs by himself for shit. NORE’s lyrics average/wack but he can make better songs and his delivery is much better. Everytime I think NORE is terrible I think of Capone and end up appreciating the song. LOL
