Na, all jokes aside it was a cool interview session. Y’all had a sincere Hip-Hop discussion (minus WACKlemore).

  10. Mike S says:

Call it a FUTURE classic for B.dots’s sanity lol

  11. Mike S says:

And notice Kendrick forgot the second verse LOL his face ‘my bad’

  13. B. Dot

Name a hip hop album this year (so far) that tops it?

also…i know yall heard shyne yappin on twitter.

    1. B.Dot says:

      nas, macklemore, killer mike…

  14. Black Shady says:

I love the vibe within this group i swear!! just the 2 seconds where Rock was bout to give the mic back to Kdot and Kendrick was like nahhhh keep it fam……..its nothing, but u can tell the love is genuine in Black Hippy

    shouts to them!

  15. Slim Baller says:

Hahahahahhahahahahhaahhahahhha macklemore?????? Ill give u Nas and Lupe that’s it

  16. KIM K'S DIRTY UNDERWEAR says:

^macklemore and mike? ok nas debatable because life is good is up ther with nas best but macklemore and mike da fuck ?

  17. B.Dot says:

I’m sure u aint listen to either

  18. @gtfomike says:

I would even mention Gibbs before Macklemore, his album just wasn’t good enough lol.
And he’s mad corny. Nas brought his same ol’, LIG is a 7,5/10 at best.
Killer Mike was nice but nothing tops GKMC as a full body of work.
That being said great post, I love this song and Jay Rock been murking everything lately.
    That hook >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  19. @gtfomike says:

If Jay Electronica drops in December, there’s your Album of the Year.
But other than that, I’m going with good kid, mA.A.d city all day.

  20. Slim Baller says:

LUPE NAS KDOT 3 BEST ALBUMS OF THE YEAR NOTHING ELSE COMES CLOSE!!!!!!

  21. @gtfomike says:

Lupe talks about putting his dick next to others on his album though

  22. Kendrick (before the name became popular) says:

That security guard has the FML look on his face. Lmao…
Best cut off the album though….Kendrick killed it…
Jay Rock’s verse was okay, nothing special

    1. B.Dot says:

      LOL @ the security

  23. tits says:

jay rock , always brings the heat , is he bring out a new mixtape or something soon? i think these guys are saving the west coast , i dig the new lamar cd but rock on his A game

  24. KIM K'S DIRTY UNDERWEAR says:

Actually i did listen there good but GKMC shits on them

  25. Monica says:

    Nice…like ice baby!! xo

  26. jazz says:

why’s everyone always hating on macklemore, the heist was an unbelievable piece of work. but yeah i get it, you dumb fucks would rather listen to some plastic rapper talking about shit that means absolutely nothing. as a body of work the heist is up there with GKMC for album of the year, cohesion is key

  27. sway-z says:

Lupe bothered the shit out of me all year, but he delivered with F&L II, it’s in the discussion

I think niggas always overrate/ Nas albums, but LIG belongs in the discussion

And I don’t care how much you hate Ross, as a cohesive album, GFID belongs in the discussion

All that said, Kendrick himself said his album needs at least 10 yrs to be considered classic, I tend to agree, with ANY album, but is it in the discussion for album of THIS YEAR, damn right…

  28. sway-z says:

^ About that Nas shit, I meant overrate/underrate

  29. KoldCase says:

    i loved nas’ album

but kendrick got the album of the year

  30. the ripper says:

These two will eventually save the Westcoast… Jay Rock’s album is nice as well. Many people have slept on his album. His album is more gritty than Good kid…. Go out and cop em both.
