pusha t-combat

While in NY, Pusha T got down with Combat Jack and the Newmanati. Here’s what went down.

Pusha T discusses the differences in working with The Neptunes and Kanye, why Big Daddy Kane > Rakim, how Big Sean is really a problem within the G.O.O.D Music camp, why rappers like Rick Ross can’t ever really get away from the streets, how he can’t ever be right with Consequence, how he threw a shot at Combat, the possible name for the next Clipse album and more.

  2. The Goatherder says:

Great interview and answers. Pusha is always real. Maybe too much so. But always so.

  3. The Other P says:

Push is on his grind, gotta respect it. With the right singles, this could be the year he blows up.

As always, Combat Jack is that nigga.

  4. Max says:

    Kool G Rap >>> Rakim & Kane

  7. rahrahrah says:

I like what Pusha says about Ye forcing all of the team to bring their best. Reminds me of the quality control that was there with the Wu…9 talented brothers trying to outdo each other and compliment the track most, it’s not just the talent but it’s that they have yielded to a common and competent authority.

  8. Ramel says:

This guy has skill but as an MC & artist, bigtime overrated!! You can’t name a dope record from him

  9. Cheerios says:

    Kevin Garnett???

  10. JustinTime says:

I agree with Ramel. Dude is decent, but way overrated. The Clipse needs to thank Neptunes daily. Without their production, Clipse wouldn’t have made it
