Lauryn’s got bills to pay. And now that’s she’s resigned to Sony, she’s hoping get her money right by releasing some new music. Ms. Hill says:
“Here is a link to a piece that I was ‘required’ to release immediately, by virtue of the impending legal deadline,” writes Ms. Hill. “I love being able to reach people directly, but in an ideal scenario, I would not have to rush the release of new music… but the message is still there.”

Nonetheless, she’s been inactive for over a DECADE. Now, she wants the label to wait for HER, as well as her fans, you haven’t made music in forever, how long do you need?

The beat is cool, honestly it was Lauryn that fucked the whole thing up. It could have been a really good song, but she didn’t flow on the beat at all and forgot all about a chorus or hook. Trying too hard to stand out, and sucked instead.

She did this is at RTB 2 years ago, and ppl either boo or walk to the next stage. And for you fans that say the production and the delivery/voice/cadence doesn’t matter. It’s a good thing you don’t work as an A&R or anywhere else in the music business.
HER wordplay is crazy, intelligent and deep. The music isn’t traditional but it fits the title. Truth be told, no male mc or female can rock with her.
