Meek Mill Speaks On “Levels”

During MMG’s conversation with MTV‘s Rob Markman, Meek spoke on his new single. Because as you know, there’s levels to this shit.

“I always realized it’s levels,” Meek told MTV News on Monday when we sat with MMG to discuss their upcoming Self Made, Vol.3 compilation. “When I went to Ross’ house for the first time, he had every car in the driveway and I ain’t ever really know nobody that had all that stuff at one time. So you personally knowing somebody like that, you’re like, “They’re really levels out here man.’ “

  4. Faded says:

  5. County of Kings says:

why is there so much coverage of this one song tho? everytime i see a meek mill post on any website or blog lately its meek mill speaks on levels, meek mill explains levels, meek mill performs levels etc etc

the song is a basic meek mill record i’m wondering if there is really that much interest or is MMG pushing it down our throats to force the appearance of some buzz over the single.

the song is ight but it could easily be off of dreams and nightmares it doesnt sound like he has reached any new “levels” as far as rapping

Just like when DMX came out and bought the streets back and killed the shiny suit era, Kendrick Lamar bought substance and creativity back to the game its the end of the ignorant-repetitive-superficial era. Thats why u see Wale doing his best to distance himself from the look, sound, feel and content of MMG because this run is up, no matter how much “industry” smoke-n-mirrors is being done to try to prompt it up.

  21. Your Life Is A Lie says:

that should be “prop it up”

  22. philly'sbestkept secret says:

  25. asmodeus ashmadi says:

Meek is not showing growth to me lyrically he rhymes and makes songs about the same shit every song and he getting to cocky he need to humble himself. And levels is a corny record .(period).

  26. 6ft.1 says:
