I just don’t understand why labels don’t just drop artist they don’t ever plan on releasing projects for. They’re most likely bending their will so he can fulfill his contract I take it?

  2. Marko V says:

It’s called contractual obligation. A breach will lead to a considerable exchange in funds whether in court or under the table. @remarkoble1

  3. ALPS says:

No one wants this he has been making horrible music lately, “Next to It” seemed like some sort of bad joke.

  4. The Incredible Creation says:

pretty sure the mixtape isn’t titled ” Lost In Ocean.. Atlantic Ocean” tho =/ i could be wrong lol -_- http://alltheparticulars.blogspot.com/

  5. dodo says:

Hey Lu, you were on fire in the beginning bruh. Sad to say, you’ve officially fell off. Fans don’t understand your movement anymore, your record label doesn’t respect you, & your music now is garbage. It’s time to face the truth my brother.

its game over. (super mario sound effect)

    Good luck & good bye.

    1. b r z a says:

a bit harsh but I somewhat agree with this statement

  6. smfh says:

  7. Ollie says:

  8. marty mcfly says:

I wish his damn label would just leave him the fuck alone. Lupe is never gonna be Future, French Montana or Iggy Azalea… You would think by now people would stop asking him to become that. What gets me is people say they want real shit, Lupe drops a fucking ton worth of about a hundred something songs in his career thus far of some of the most incredible music and lyrics this culture has ever seen or heard and all he gets is hate… Its ridiculous. Why do business with an artist who you have a problem with what they do? Just let the nigga make the music he makes. He probably sold more and has sold out more shows and is more famous then the majority of the fucking artists out here anyway and people still want more… Mothafuckas listen to the latest bullshit and say oh ok we need that from Lupe so since Bobby Shmurda is poppin lets tell Lupe to make that kinda fukshit nonsense… Meanwhile Lupe was here long before whatever is currently poppin and was putting out better shit to begin with. People talking about he fell off? Lupe can sell out any show in the country at any time and do it by himself if he wanted. Most these other niggas can’t period. On top of that Lupe is still a better rapper then everybody else as well.

  9. Joshua Pugh says:

Since there is a message in ya music…idiots wont listen…they support the fuckery not the intelligence

  10. b r z a says:

lol and he’s got that “Bram Stoker’s Dracula” hairdo going on in this pic

  11. polopolo1 says:

I don’t know if it was worth it to not sign that 360 deal all these blocks can’t be good for his money situation now, Atlantic has held him hostage for most of his career, fucked up any momentum he had,and I think he still owes them 2 more albums. And I remember reading jay z tried to buy his contract but Atlantic wouldn’t let em.

I don’t understand how their business went sour??? The cool was a gold album wasn’t it? Lupe was on a roll, he was hip hops golden child the way kendrick is now

    1. marty mcfly says:

Lupe was ever Hip Hop’s golden child. Lupe was and still is just a very dope MC, he never had a whole bunch of hype and shit like that. He just released very good albums and the hype came after. Imo all the Hip Hop golden child shit are usually false titles given to artists who are really not that, its just their hype overshadows their actual skills. Lupe was the other way around, his skills went far beyond the hype early on in his career.

  12. ConcernedRapRadarReader says:

B.Dot, where do I apply for the job, to fix the mistakes there are on every single post I read? The project is called Lost in the Atlantic Ocean. Seriously, I’m not trying to Mac Diesel you, but I know you read comments so I’m talking to you. How does the collective team at RapRadar expect to be respected as a legitimate hip-hop culture news site, with simple grammatical errors or typos everywhere? RAP RADAR! RAP! The thing with the words, with the wordplay, with the metaphors, and the rhymes. With so much emphasis on words, why doesn’t RapRadar pay as much attention to there own as they should? Here’s what you should do B.Dot, I’m not saying it’s your job to hire somebody, but it’s somebody you know’s job to hire a proofreader. Tell that person to find and hire one. And if ya’ll have one, fire that person, because they are just plain awful.

    1. Patrick Wiley says:

I was nodding in agreement, then I saw your misuse of “there”.

    2. Honestly says:

The shit is embarrassing, these niggas are imbeciles.

  13. el jim chapo guzman says:

    1. ayeyo says:

      1. el jim chapo guzman says:
