Kendrick’s radio run pulled into DJ Whoo Kid’s show over the weekend. He spoke on the creative process behind his music, why he doesn’t release music as often, his “i” single, working with George Clinton, his TDE crew, current relationship with LeBron, Eminem and more.



DJ Whoo Kid finally caught up with Kendrick Lamar on Shade 45. He discussed his rising profile, working with Dr. Dre and his album cover. He also discussed working with Pharrell, DMX’s influence, and his regional accent.
