This kind of Hip Hop sets the tone for the new transition. All of us who grew up with Hip Hop and still feel connected to it will have to be satisfied with a new lane of more mature Hip Hop sounds. All that talk of it being for young people is slowly dying down and even radio is reformatting to accommodate the older crowd of Hip Hop listeners. Salute to Common for growing up and not dumbing down.
Yep, obviously artists like nas and common earned our respect with their skills as mc’a, but I have grown to appreciate these guys even more because of their authencity and their courage for being themselves instead of being coerced by the game to forcibly emulate and mimic youth culture like countless other OG’s.

In the 1980’s “Civil Rights” leader Jesse Jackson said he was sick of hearing about the Holocaust (which had happened 4 decades earlier). Yet he’s still not sick of hearing about slavery.
The Civil Rights movement and the protests today aint about slavery stupid ass. Slavery was a alot worse then the Holocaust because centuries of slavery and murder by the hundreds of millions is a totally different level evil.

We will all just wait and see when the next election rolls around and just see how many black people come out to vote if there is no black candidate. Fact is there was a record number of black voters in the last two elections and more then in any other election…..coincidence??
Again dummy the voter turn out makes sense. First of all did alot of black people vote for the other black candidates running for president? No, why? because they didnt agree with their talking points. Herman Cain also ran and did black people vote for him? No because he kept stressing his 999 plan and black people did not agree with that especially since when you turn those numbers upside down its 666. There are other black men that have tried to be president before that did not win the black vote. Obama had a grassroots base and he hired young people from all around the country to run his campaign and on top of that his civil rights law, community organizing, constitutional professor, Harvard law president and political experience in the senate was a very substantial list of knowledge that he had. You would have to be an idiot to not vote for Obama no matter what race you are because of course black people would vote for him. In the last century every time white people voted for a white president was that because he was white? White people in DC are saying the same thing about mexicans that oh once a latino runs their just gonna vote for him? I remember on election night, the news showing this much older black woman and she stated she voted for him because she wanted to see a black president before she died, she did not care about the issues at hand. That was her reason for voting for him.

endless wars in the middle east, drone attacks, electronic spying on US citizens, a health care policy that forces people to buy insurance and guarantees profit for the health care industry, bailouts of banks after the financial meltdown. Wars were going on before Obama became president and he ended the wars in the middle east and drone attacks made it possible for 90% of the american soldiers on the ground to come home which is now why less then ten thousand soldiers are currently stationed there. Healthcare was made better because now its affordable and the reason he forced people to buy it is because millions were dying without it and millions more were going broke because once they got hurt they couldn’t afford to get the proper help or any help at all. We will al get old and need healthcare, that fact that people put off their health is ridiculous. Obamacare in the next generation will save the lives of about 100 million people literally. If Obama did not bailout the banks, our economy would have totally collapsed and he would be in the dark ages of america in the present day. The economy is now making a strong come back and is recovering and growing at a faster rate then ever before in american history. Obama has his own administration and the Wall Street execs were already in DC before Obama became president.
