  3. TruthBeTold says:

  4. gaz says:

weres the loyalty , till flex deads his stupid jay z shit, jays people should cut ties with that midlife crisis

    1. RightHook says:

huh? this is business man…..these arent “clique’s” . do you know Funk Flex’s history in promoting JAY Z in the 90’s AND 2000’s , he did ALOT.. whether we agree with his “rant” ….J.cole aint Jayz’s son…he still has to WORK.

      1. marty mcfly says:

If I was J Cole I would talk to Ebro or Rosenberg instead of Flex. Cole doesn’t have to do interviews as work anymore. I don’t think Drake has done one in like two years. Flex crossed a line and Jay has done alot more for Cole then Flex did. Flex promoted Jayz because so did every Dj in the united states by the time Jays 2nd album came out so he didn’t do anything a bunch of other Djs didn’t do.

        1. cmonhomiewemajor says:

Rosenberg doesn’t even like Cole’s music

          Ebro does though

          1. marty mcfly says:

So what, I doubt Flex or Ebro or anybody at Hot 97 actually likes his music, they just doing their job. Cole shoulda called another DJ other then Flex though. Anybody who doesn’t see that reaching, jump way out the window over nothing that Flex did a couple weeks ago, has being some cornball shit? Idk what to tell you.

        2. Guillaume Pilon says:

talking bout dj and jay z

          Where dj clue

    2. cmonhomiewemajor says:

to keep it 100, there would be no Jay without Flex

      1. marty mcfly says:

What are you talking about? There are over a hundred thousand Djs just on the east coast alone. You really believe Flex is the only one who plays music? COMEONSON. Jays singles and album sells were picking up every few months as soon as he started releasing music… By his 2nd year in the business he was having gold singles and approaching platinum album status and was on tour with Puff Daddy… Jay woulda been successful with or without the support of Flex because you had other Djs in NY playing his music.

        1. cmonhomiewemajor says:

Flex broke Aint No Nigga…without that rocafella was nothing

          1. marty mcfly says:

The record was already getting played in the clubs in NY, Jay was already performing it and the video was out… You really think one record and one Dj was the deciding factor in a whole Rocafella movement that had a whole album and whole company behind it? Comeonnow. Jay had other singles and other Djs were playing the record dude. Whether Flex played it or not, Jayz and the whole Rocafella staff and Priority records wasn’t just gonna give up and go home based on what Flex does or doesn’t do.

          2. cmonhomiewemajor says:

irv gotti even said thats what started it…before that, they were really nothing but a bunch of drug dealers that rapped here and there

          3. marty mcfly says:

You honestly believe one man determines the whole fate of Jayz and Rocafella? Thats crazy. They were not just drug dealers before that time. Jay was about the drop Reasonable Doubt, the album was ready and Jay was also willing to pay for the singles to be played and Clark Kent also played the record. Not to mention NY city as more then one Dj so even if Flex didn’t play the record somebody else would. Can’t Knock The Hustle, Dead Presidents, and Feeling It were also ready to go. Not to mention the videos, as well as the features on the album, as well as Jay doing shows all over NY and people showing up to support etc… This ship was gonna sail regardless. Its no way they were just gonna throw the whole album in the trash and give up because of one Dj, thats ridiculous. Plus In My Lifetime was getting played and Dead Presidents was getting played already and the single was selling in stores before Aint No Nigga got played.

          4. marty mcfly says:

On top of that Flex didnt play the record first. The song is from the Nutty Professor sdtk so it was already movin. The point is Jay was a very determined person and he had a whole team behind him. Its no way they were gonna just put their whole fate in the decision of one Dj in NY and they didn’t put all their eggs into the basket of one song and whether it gets played or not. Jay had a song with Notorious Big also. If he dropped that record in 96? Shit woulda been outta here……

          5. cmonhomiewemajor says:

nah flex played it before it got on the soundtrack…getting it on the soundtrack let radio promoters get the music on other stations

          6. marty mcfly says:

Thats fine but you still assuming that Fuck Flex was the deciding factor in Jayz success? That would mean Jay would also have to believe that enough to give up rapping if Flex didn’t play his one song? Most likely that would not have stopped Jayz from moving forward. Irv Gotti, Clark Kent, Russell Simmons, Big Daddy Kane, Puff Daddy, BIG, DJ Premier, Stretch & Bobbito, Dame Dash etc… were all willing to step up regardless even if Flex didn’t play the record.

          7. marty mcfly says:

Jay doesn’t strike me as the type of person to put his whole life into the hands of one Funk Flex decision. He’s too smart for that. Then you got the other singles and the rest of the whole album coming out as well…

    3. Anonymous says:

Jay Z don’t give a damn about what Flex talkin about. He know he just doin that to try to drum up some interest in that dipset reunion. Flex and Cam and all them boys over there hoping and praying that Jay responds to dat nonsense lol

    4. lostprodigy says:

      He ain’t a business man…he’s a business…. Man now let him handle his business damn..Jay z understands.

SAY WHAT I WANT DON’T COMMENT ON MY COMMENT.

  5. el jim chapo guzman says:

Flex might be working for jay z soon….jigga is planning to buy hot97.

    1. Kris Kompute says:

He sent you an email to let you know? Is this the same email that declared Chris brown got more guap than Drake? Fuckin wetback.

      1. el jim chapo guzman says:
