A New York City jury ruled that Fif has to pay an additional $2 million in punitive damages in the lawsuit filed by Rick Ross’ baby mama, Lastonia Leviston. In all, 50 will have to fork over $7 million. Following the verdict, she told the NY Daily News: “I’ve been served justice by the courts and vindicated by God.”

My best friend business partner stole money and then he filed for bankruptcy to avoid a civil trial. He lied on his bankruptcy application and in court but no one cares. This happens all the time and the bankruptcy courts make all their problems go away after a short period of time. They are not held accountable for what they did. Bankruptcy should not be used as a legal tool to avoid bad acts, but it happens every day and the public pays for it.
