This is Chapo country and he rules there, many of his henchmen come from these villages and will stop any “intruders” by force. His pregnant girlfriend was elected to a government position with his support after her husband and father of her 2 sons was mysteriously assassinated. The Mexican government must take these strongholds from the drug lords that are terrorizing Mexico by any means necessary, and those who aid them are not innocent victims.
