DJ Khaled’s bringing his radio expertise to Apple Music. Today, he announced this new venture on his IG handle, where he will be running the Beats 1 show each and every Friday at 8pm EST. This Friday, he makes his debut and will be premiering a new Future project.

I know alot of ppl don’t like Khaled or think he doesn’t do anything when he is producing these records but yo no bs, as a DJ, Khaled is one of the illest.
I’m talking way before We The Best and shit, back when Khaled was coming to Jamaica and clashing at Fully Loaded. When Khaled used to scream More Fyah lol.
Khaled also used to shut down Miami radio from like 6-11 on 99 Jamz for years.
He crushed his mix that I heard when he was a guest on OVO’s show.
So I expect him to shut shit down on a regular with this Apple gig, its a good look.

Awesome as hell. One thing I can say about DJ Khaled’s music is whether you like him or not, 9/10 times, whenever you hear a song he’s produced, your gonna have some type of reaction to it. Khaled makes what I call “adrenaline music” and as the name implies, it tends to bring that high energy that you’d find in any anthem in hip hop. DJ Khaled most definitely strives to make anthems on his albums.
