It must of been some Hennessy flowing backstage before the performance.

  2. bob says:

overhyped trash and I was really looking forward to it

    1. Savimbi says:

      Stfu lil nigga

    2. diggz says:

good now go look forward to your next day off

  3. Kris Kompute says:

I’m not a Chance fan but he saved Kanye’s ass on “Ultra Light Beams”.

    “High Lights” sucks.

    1. EricHiesenberg says:

      Ultra beams is trash

      1. Kris Kompute says:

Re-read my statement then edit your reply so it is somewhat relevant to me talking about Chance’s verse.

        1. diggz says:

it’s like people say shit just to hate lol, cd is dope young thug and dreams part are dope in both

          1. Kris Kompute says:

            I’m a Kanye Stan.

Album is underwhelming and won’t be getting played much in 2016.

          2. diggz says:

you mean YOU won’t be playing it, but to generalize a statement where 20 million people streamed the msg and tidal #1 app , I’m pretty sure other people will be listening, me included. Give it a chance it came out 2 days ago

          3. Kris Kompute says:

Nothing in my statement generalized the entire world. Clearly meant that as my personal listening habits.

          4. MassConglom says:

I didn’t like it either and I’m a Kanye Stan too, I’m still a fan of him but I can’t defend this album. When he wasted all those dope samples in the beginning of “Father Stretched My Hands”… I was pissed.

          5. Dashing28 says:

Yeah… Father Stretched My Hands started so strong, then the verse was horrible. The beat felt like it gave up and then the song ended halfway through the hook. Wackness.

  4. Savimbi says:

Legendary !! El debarge looking Martin Shkreli

  5. Carl Vegas says:

Nah, Kanye not drunk or high while singing bout God, nah! Might have been nervous or something or the stage was off balance. This guy is real unique bruh.

  6. Megamind says:

A little sloppy…just like the roll out…but the album is sounding solid!

    Megamind

    1. LuckyP says:

wtf do you know? what if the “sloppiness” of the roll out was actually intentional? thats why u need to just relax and listen to the music

      1. Megamind says:

Dude relax…some of you stans I swear! I work for Universal…some of my colleagues was literally up until like 3am on thurs and working late on Friday to get this album in the system! It’s didn’t go off without a hitch! Shit, it’s STILL not on his site for sale!

Cats be talking like they KNOW the inner workings of the music BUSINESS. The roll-out has been sloppy! He’s missing out on streams/sales….not the people who were gonna buy it…will still buy it…but the casual fan who might’ve copped just on the buzz…they won’t know…they’ll wait until it hits Apple Music/Spotify next week…or find a rip!

This is the roll-out you get when artists try to manage themselves! Rihanna shit was “sloppy” too!…you know who’s wasn’t…Beyonce!…Video release the day before a HUGE performance of over 200m ppl worldwide…the single is available for stream/download immediately…and the announcement of the tour!…add in the feigned outrage…she still has more buzz than Ye or Rihanna…and there’s not even a date for her album release…but all the shows are selling out!

Learn the BUSINESS before you stan and not know what you’re talking about!

        The album is good though!

        Megamind

        1. LuckyP says:

you’ve never got a check from music a day in your life, STOP IT!!

niggas like you who swear they’re “employed” by labels are the corniest of all. LMAO @ “learn the business”, you pricks really don’t know who is on the other side of these comments.

you might want to focus on those nasty grammatical errors instead of trying to convince me you work for universal you clown

          1. Megamind says:

Nigga I’ve made more money of the music business than both your parents at their labor intensive jobs…and THIS is a fact….there’s no reason for me to stunt beyond that statement! LOL

You’re a FAN…so i shouldn’t expect you to know any different. This was a HORRENDOUS rollout to a fairly decent album. He’s missed out on 2 full days of sales/streams…and he better be glad there’s nothing of note to coming out this week as well…so he’ll sell about 150-200k MAX…I doubt that high…so he’ll have a #1 record by default.

Irony…you don’t know who’s on the other side of these comments…and your reply PROVED to me that you’re a fan and know NOTHING of business. What MANAGER or EXEC or ARTIST would want as many false starts as Ye had?? You dumb ass nigga! He performed at the Brits and got the MTV Vanguard last year as part of a roll out for an album that was supposed to come LAST YEAR!
All those false starts because nothing was connecting and money was being spent! He has to come now to avoid Drake! Trust me…artist want a Spring/Summer or Fall album when you have that clout!…again, something you don’t understand from a MARKETING/TOUR schedule perspective….SEE BEYONCE to have a better perspective…dickface!

Nigga don’t try to tell me about some shit I’ve done since before you was listening to music! Ratface ass nigga! LOLOL!

            Megamind

          2. Megamadeupstories says:

You ain’t got to lie to kick it! Do you honestly think that you’re going to convince anybody on here that your some hotshot must exec? Lmfao! Swing and a GIGANTIC miss

          3. Megamind says:

I told your mom I work for UPS and she still gave up the neck nigga! LOL!

And does it matter what a dusty nigga in his parents apartment think?? LOL…
Nigga I can say music has allowed me to see the WORLD (not just Miami for you nigga that ain’t even been anywhere or have a passport) and do things you’ll NEVER do…so why in God GREAT name would I have to lie??? LOL

Niggas still be lying now days?? Who does that? I’m a married father…WTF LOL…nigga I ain’t lied since Jr High School… LOL

You young nigga man! You better stop living for the moment and come up with a life plan!

            Megamind

          4. el jim chapo guzman says:

            what’s wrong with UPS?

          5. Megamind says:

It’s called a facetious joke Guzman!…”lighten up Francis!” LOL

            Megamind

          6. UPS Shooters says:

UPS employees gon’ catch you slippin’ for that one! Facetious or not. You’re going to find out what brown can do for you!

          7. Kris Kompute says:

Married father music exec who engages in debates everyday on rap blogs with a superhero signature…

Nigga you promote strip club after parties. Stfu.

          8. Megamind says:

Yet you jump on my dick from time to time…bum nigga…you ever heard of digital marketing?! Someone gotta be up on what you fucktards are into! Esp since your a perfect example of why this generation is fucked…you THINK more than you do…and even worse…think you KNOW more than you actually do!

You WANT to be in the major leagues…you won’t ever get there because you don’t even know how to approach it!…So all you’ll ever do it be a FAN with an opinion. I turn my passion into my profession youngster.

And yes…what am I supposed to have in my signature? My work address and email address? Dipshit! LOL

            Megamind

          9. Kris Kompute says:

Now niggas hopping on your dick…

What grown man gets ego satisfaction from a comment section?

            Lame mf.

          10. Megamind says:

The kind that’s addressing your snail face ass! You see, I’m PAID to be in the comment sections….what’s your excuse nigga?? Niggas think they know EVERY FUCKING THING…you never know WHO you’re talking to in these comment sections nigga…so why try to knock or diss a nigga, when you never know what kinda jewels can be shared or dropped.

Go get your GED nigga….and try to make something constructive with your life!

            Megamind

          11. Kris Kompute says:

Now you paid to be in comment sections. And that’s supposed to help your credibility. And your employer approves of you violating a non-disclosure agreement?

You’re a fuckin ignorant negro who strokes his own ego through up votes and typos.

Fuckin clown ass niggas like you are exactly why the crabs are still in the barrel.

            STFU. Please.

          12. Megamind says:

            You’re mad!…it’s ok…you’re a fan….you know nothing of NDA’s and how they work…Good luck Stanley!

            Megamind

          13. LuckyP says:

fam, look at this nigga !! LMAOOO toss him a ribbon for his attempts. he’s so poor and his dreams are so low

          14. LuckyP says:

too much explaining for such a little audience of those who give a fuck. you’re a troll, geeked out fraud.

let your fanboy wishes of making it past a filthy street team member die

          15. Megamind says:

            It’s funny…you jumped on my dick…yet I’m the fan boy??…Ok lil homie!

            Megamind

        2. LuckyP says:

niggas re name album titles all the time

niggas add and take off records all the time

the ONLY difference this time is everything was changed in the public eye. but its deemed as being sloppy by your ultra label head/exec ass. FOH

          1. Megamind says:

            you’re a crack baby!

I’ll just pose this question to you fucktard!….did this seem like a smooth release to you?
It has NOTHING to do with title changes…he added like 6 additional songs!
Shit like that requires additional clearance and metadata entry! A word you probably don’t even know what it fucking means…but you’re stan…so I’ll school you!

You think putting a project like this is as simple as uploading a bum as track to soundcloud?? LOL..

            Megamind

          2. LuckyP says:

you’re not as clever as you think, as you sit back and aggressively type in that poor living space of yours.

its not about what i think. its 2016 and niggas as a whole haven’t been selling what the masses anticipate. “industry insiders” swear they know how to do this shit but look at cole. 2014 went plat without the help of his label. beyonce does numbers without the help of her label and what may be deemed as a perfect rollout. then you’ve got both jeezy & ross, both strong artists with quality product. decent rollouts and did what, 70/80k their first weeks?

SO REALLY WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT DICKHEAD?!

the only thing different with Ye, as i stated before is that every title change, every record change, etc., was done right in front of us versus amongst him and his crew behind closed doors.

            FOH

          3. Megamind says:

you’re a fan…who WANTS to be on the inside LOL….it’s ok!

            Megamind

        3. TONY! TONi! TONE'! says:

  7. Sonic says:

18 songs, most of them are dope!

  8. SaniAbacha says:

Yo this album straight fire. It’s over till next winter

  9. Frank Kennedy says:

Guess yeezus ain’t looking so experimental now. I figured the release of all this was a headache. But the sounds of the album just didn’t flow to me. I don’t wanna hear all these gospel church bitches or lame features. I want Kanye. At least 808 and YEEZUS 90% Kanye. Album still young but not feeling it at the moment.

    1. SaniAbacha says:

It’s incredible. You’ll come around in the summer. Facts.

  10. DoughboyToad says:

Ye peak at LR Ye trash now

    1. Iamstillmusic says:

Peak at LR? He dropped graduation and DF after that

  11. jlUK says:

Who’s going to bite the bullet, stop pretending and tell Kanye that anything he’s dropped since MBDTF has been terrible.

    1. dorothy hobson says:

My current salary is more than 4300 dollars each week. Over a year ago I was in a horrible condition , jobless and no bank credit . uj Thanks to one of my friends who showed me a way where I was able to gather myself and making average of 59 d/h. So it can change your life as it has changed mine.

      Look here for details

    2. Kris Kompute says:

Watch The Throne is a damn good album.

      1. jlUK says:

Yeah it’s decent to be fair, I meant solo stuff my bad

  12. Eric Cartman says:

So A$ap bari just jumps around like an idiot in the back.

  13. THE ALMIGHTY MIKEY ESCO!!! says:

PERFORMANCES WAS WACK…LOOKED REAL SLOPPY!!! IDK WHAT THE HAPPENED BUT IT TERRIBLE EXCEPT FOR CHANCE RAPPING!!!
    FK YO FEELINGS!!!

    1. SaniAbacha says:

      It was sloppy.

  14. el jim chapo guzman says:

it was OK but the language he was using wasn’t cool!! they let him say the NIGGA word multiple times. I don’t understand NBC for that or SNL..

      1. el jim chapo guzman says:

I guess you’re at work right? lying ass mf.

        1. This silly spic found it so hard to believe I’m at work lol. It’s a job not rocket science Pablo. I work 12s on the weekends & 2 days over night during the week Paco. It’s a company known as First Data. I’d recommend you but we all know you don’t got your documentation & paperwork right to gain legal employment. Now run along & eat a dick you fucking alien.

          1. el jim chapo guzman says:

You must the janitor over there…

          2. “You must the janitor” retarded bastard…you should’ve paid more attention in your ESL classes.

          3. el jim chapo guzman says:

            nigga shut up wrong typo.

  15. J R E says:

Epic performances! Kelly Price’s vocals are heavenly and that Chance verse is low-key incredible. I fuck with this. Great to see Kanye grow as an artist.

  16. yorapper says:

Ye was highkey lit during this shit

  17. Auto-Tune Has Ruined Music says:

this sounds more like a compilation than a solo effort. “Pt.2” is just Desiigner’s “Panda” with ad-libs over it? and once again it’s riddled with auto-tune smh

  18. Views From The 666 says:

    autotune is for fags

  19. Cuzzo says:

Niggas is reaching. Kanye doing him and that’s fine. I salute his efforts. But his clothes are ugly and his music has been wack for a long-long time. The ONLY attraction to his work is HIS association to it. The “spectecale” of it. But to call this a “solid” album is BS and an insult to real “solid” albums. Opinions are relative and I’m just expressing mine. I’m here for some quality inspiring music. Not this Molly infused bs son doing and niggas calling it dope, cause of WHO did it.

Niggas like Mick Jenkins, Stape, Cole, Kendrick etc are making musical circles around Kanye right now.

    …sans the hype and spectecale

    1. Auto-Tune Has Ruined Music says:

      fair assessment

    2. TONY! TONi! TONE'! says:

      Agree!

    3. marty mcfly says:

Kanye’s musical and artistic ambitions are different from those artists you named. So you saying they’ll run laps around him? I get it but they not on the same race track as musically.

      1. Cuzzo says:

Yea… Experimental doesn’t equate “effective”. Again, I APPLAUD his efforts and Kanye has changed the game forever. All I’m saying is the very game he changed HAS changed. And a lot of artist that he inspired or Fatherd are currently making more solid, cohesive bodies of work than he is! And I say that as a person who ALWAYS looked forward to Ye’s projects as something that this fragmented culture could be on one page about. He USED to reset the playing field with every project.

For me that stopped AFTER “Graduation”. Bits and pieces of what he’s done have been brilliant yeah.

But he and us are fooling ourselves if anyone think he’s leading the creative charge in the culture any more.

When we can agree at one time at least, in fact he did.

Respect your commentary btw, Marty McFly. You know ya shit. #salute

        1. marty mcfly says:

If artists make better music then the artists that influenced them? That makes sense because their building off an artistic foundation that was already laid down. Now at his point Kanye might be trying to make music that is NOT cohesive since albums that are cohesive have been done so many times already. By Kanye fucking up musically, that still may produce the same positive results as trying to lead the culture by not fucking up musically. Yeezus is GREAT because its TERRIBLE. Thats the mind fuck of artistry at a certain point.

          1. Samsohn says:

wtf is this statement: ” Yeezus is GREAT because its TERRIBLE. Thats the mind fuck of art at a certain point. Its just another way at looking at things. ” – you have got to be kidding me with a statement like that.

          2. marty mcfly says:

No, I used the word “art” to further show there’s more then one way of looking at things as well. I think Yeezus was terrible and was terrible enough to inspire an artist to do something different. Therefore you have the potential for something positive from music thats terrible.

        2. Winston Wolfe says:

My sentiments exactly! What more can he say? (pun intended) He’s screaming on people at this point. Too many hands were in the pot for this to feel like a solo effort in my opinion. More of a cut & paste feel to me. I used to look to forward to his albums but that all came to a screeching halt around the time when he discovered auto-tune

        3. Samsohn says:

I think the GOOD Friday joints were Ye’s pinacle. After that is just garbage.

    4. onenutned says:

      I approve this message

  20. Chronic says:

I stand by my statement that the chance verse was the best thing on this album

  21. Mufasa Slugs says:

I’m not really felling these tracks, but I’ll reserve judgement until I hear the whole album.

  22. Chink $ says:

  24. onenutned says:

kanye needs to trash this whole damn album…there hasn’t been one good track release yet…just a bunch of mediocre tracks with no real feel, passion or meaning…I think yeezus is lost

  25. reWHITEhistory_MLK says:
