Meek Mill Joins JAY-Z At Made In America

Philly

Jay closed out this year’s Made In America festival in Philadelphia last night. Beginning with “Bam” with guest Damian Marley, Hov ran through his classics and his 4:44 in front of Jeff Koons’ 40 foot animal balloon. During his set, Hov took the show from the Rocky Stage over to the Liberty Stage with Young Guru and Just Blaze on the 1s and 2s, and ran through a few b-sides and brought out Meek Mill for “Dreams & Nightmares (Intro)”.

Being the boss comes at a cost, an exchange which Rick Ross knows all to well. Spending the last decade building his Maybach Music Group empire, the rapper continues his transition into an elder statesmen on the album Rather You Than Me.
The project details the relationships he’s lost and sacrifices made along the road to prosperity. As with all albums from Ross, the ambiance is opulent and palpable with the Bink-produced “Santorini Greece,” leaving listeners in awe before they’re snapped back to reality with the incendiary takedown of Cash Money CEO Birdman on “Idols Become Rivals.”
Scathing appraisals aside, Rozay is more concerned with linking with rap’s biggest names, with Nas, Future, Meek Mill, Young Thug, Gucci Mane, Ty Dolla $ign and Wale all making appearances on the LP.
Preaching financial independence (“Game Ain’t Based on Sympathy,” “Scientology”) amid musings about drug deals and shootouts, Rick Ross adds to his stellar discography with Rather You Than Me, an album that is as visceral as it is cinematic.

Rick Ross Welcomes Baby With Model Brianna Camille

Rick Ross‘ family just got a little bigger after he and model Briana Camille welcomed their first child together into the world.

The Shade Room revealed the news, reporting that Ross and Camille had a baby girl over the Labor Day weekend although no name has been reported. The child becomes Ross’ second daughter.

Camille also revealed the sex of the child on Instagram when she posted a photo of gifts given by the rapper to his new daughter. “Daddy starting bad habits already,” she wrote in the caption of a photo featuring gold Gucci flats and a gold bracelet. The Rather You Than Me artist’s oldest daughter also celebrated the birth, posting a photo of the baby on Snapchat and writing, “Got too much to lose, man I got a lil sister.”

It’s uncertain what Rozay’s relationship with Camille is currently, but the rapper has been linked to Liz Hagelthorn, an executive at Twitter. In May, rumors surfaced the two were engaged after dating for only two months. Neither Ross nor Hagelthorn have confirmed the reports
