        1. MMG Suede says:

Why you tellin me this lol your tired Ross will do 1,600,000 first week pls dnt reply your a hoe

          1. nhn says:

Check your numbers and your spelling – you’re* for future reference, no need to thank me. Last album he cleared 200k + units in his first week and didn’t have jay as a feature on his singles. They have all flopped, remember the song with future? Didn’t think so. His popularity has inevitably peaked, I’m afraid. This being said I’ve purchased every Ross album and haven’t liked anything since Teflon don.

          2. MMG Suede says:

Still don’t know why your telling me this lol I said my nigga Ross gon sell one million, six hundred thousand copies first week idc idc idc MMG in the cut

          3. Uncle Tom says:

            Stop being a Stan.

          4. Dwight Stewart says:

            stop being a hater.

          5. Dwight Stewart says:

all of which went Gold, selling 500,000+ copies. tell the whole story buddy. Aint shit flop. those are wins, that’s why they are called GOLD ALBUMS.

          6. nhn says:

It didn’t say they weren’t successful, I’m talking about his new album.

          7. MMG Pleather says:

Deeper than Rap still not gold.

          8. Dwight Stewart says:

485,000 back in 2009. I’m sure it hit gold by now. the point is, thats a lot of successful records hater.

          9. Chiraq says:

Gold is Good hip-hop circa 1988! “Rappers” raised the bar when they decided albums should go no less than platinum. Da Brat was the 1st female to go gold, look at her now. Good Luck with all that Gold, Rosay! …rags and tatters…rags and tatters. ❤

          10. Dwight Stewart says:

They also didn’t have internet back then to destroy their sales. Those artists didn’t put out any where near as much content as new artist put out. most of that stuff back then wouldn’t even make it to radio now. artists these days have 100’s songs recorded because of how technology leveled the playing field. Every single one of us knows a “rapper”. The Brat is trash because she could ONLY go gold in a time when people were selling millions of records at a time. TLC and other artist were going diamond on a regular basis back in those days. Its a different time, stop living in history. Our top selling rap artists barely scratch 2 million, and that’s our top HIP HOP acts!

          11. BCE says:

1,600,000 units.. Ross doesn’t even have one platinum album. And you’re thinking he’s doing it week one..

        2. Dwight Stewart says:

looks like a #1 album to me, bitch! Ross thanks you for the support.

          1. nhn says:

He’s welcome, I purchased the album, it’s boring and repetitive and still selling a lot less than his last release, like the last MMG album. Thanks.

    2. Dan Karlin says:

No, that would imply Ross knows how to read and write.

      1. Dwight Stewart says:

he knows business! if he can do all that without reading and writing then that makes him an even bigger Boss, bitch!

    3. Dwight Stewart says:

you sound like a spoiled brat, that cant get what he wants. Do you REALLY think artist go out on these interviews without their managers having discussions with them about discussion content?

      1. MMG Pleather says:

YOU SOUND LIKE A ROSS GROUPIE, LMAO

        1. Dwight Stewart says:

you sound like 50’s groupie. I’m a fan of the music, you are fan of hating on his music.

  3. MMG Pleather says:

Nice to see some Oxymoron ads on my screen now instead of 4 or 5 Mastermind ads.

    1. Dwight Stewart says:

i should start throwing tantrums about Oxymoron ads the same way you were throwing tantrums about Mastermind ads.

      1. MMG Pleather says:

So 2 comments is a tantrum? cmon son, there was 4 ads for the same damn thing on the same page.

  4. Slime Flu says:

160k first week, Wale Numbers with Jay-Z like promo.

    1. Dwight Stewart says:

sounds like a #1 album to me.

  5. nhn says:

    Rick Ross (Def Jam/IDJ) 145-160k
    Pharrell Williams (Columbia) 85-95k
    Lea Michele (Columbia) 50-55k
Eli Young Band (Republic Nashville) 24-27k
    American Authors (Mercury/IDJ) 21-24k
    David Nail (MCA Nashville) 19-22k
    Ashanti (eOne) 18-21k
    Drive By Truckers (ATO) 12-15k

    1. MMG Pleather says:

DAMN HOMIE in 2011 you was the man homie.

    2. MMG Pleather says:

I thought he was on Maybach Music? Is that just a label on paper?

      1. MMG Suede says:

Maybach Music is just an imprint of Atlantic Records which Ross is like the front man but as an artist he is signed to Def Jam and it also means Meek and the rest are signed to Atlantic so MMG kinda dont exist but it does lol

        1. polopolo1 says:

Sooo wait u mean mmg doesn’t have its own distribution

          1. Dwight Stewart says:

nope. YMCMB doesn’t have distribution, Aftermath doesn’t, G-unit didn’t or doesn’t…these are just camps AKA Support groups. when someone says distributions, those are the people that press the records and have long standing relationships with box stores and can negotiate getting units on the shelves. A record deal speaks to producing the music, a distribution deal relates to distributing the music. That’s why itunes made independent labels possible.

  6. Dan Karlin says:

YN looks like he’s waiting for the best moment to lick Ross’ ear.

  7. MMG Pleather says:

Friends don’t let friends go outside with faux hawks.

  8. Donn says:

I pray YN asked hard hitting questions cus this is our culture and I feel Ross is exploiting it and not being all The way real. Like that bank account voicemail. Who has 93 million in one account, the federal government doesn’t even insure that much money. Ross needs to come clean and be himself

    1. Rick Ross says:

Most definitely, at the end of the day you know I’m a boss and gotta most definitely do boss things with my young bosses.

    2. Chiraq says:

with 93 mill you should be the boss of your own bank, you underdig?

    3. SMH says:

On celebrity net worth.com ironically they had an artical on how Rick Ross was lying about his 92 million dollar bank account. Check it out. He’s worth 28 mill. They prove that he is completely lying threw his teeth. That site is not a rap site.

  9. p0is0nedkoola on Twitter says:

Let’s leave our comments till the interview comes out. What are the chances we know every question asked and answer given?
……………………………….ok, fine. probably 99% of the interview we can figure out, but still

  10. Uncle Tom says:

Elliot Wilson is a clown, fuck your interviews and wack opinions. Also shave that head b we all can see you’re balding…and rick ross sucks so does his album

  11. Tha Lost Cause says:

I enjoy watching how Rick Ross can take any question that would normally
require a basic answer and either dodge it all together or flip it
into a long winded response about how much of a boss he is and how much
money he’s getting when it had nothing to do with the original question
    asked.

    1. MMG Suede says:

WHEN HE DO THAT?? STOP LOOKING FOR LIKES DAMN

      1. LOL says:

Go watch a 50 interview and LISTEN to the FIRST QUESTION I bet MY LIFE on it he don’t answer the FUCKING QUESTION he gone NAME DROP a old as WASHED UP ACTORS LOL

    2. smh says:

you musta never heard a 50 interview that guy NEVER answer the question lol BAWSE!

  12. Intlnigga says:

This was honestly the best Rick Ross interview yet. He stepped out of his comfort zone and the nigga is comfortable in his own skin lol! This nigga had me rollin

  13. brza says:

    “most definitely” . . . “most definitely” . . . “most definitely” . . . “ya under dig”

    1. MMG Pleather says:

when did he start saying ya under dig? i never heard him say it until this week

  14. brza says:

this guy is total bullshit just listening to him makes no sense what so ever and this is not coming from a hateful place this guy is such a phony

  15. MMG Suede says:

Some of you ain’t even watch the interview just commenting for some likes lol stop it 5

  16. Officer William Roberts says:

Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, came from a middle-class family with educated parents, earned average grades in high school and was a standout football lineman his senior year.
He graduated high school, won a football scholarship & spent a year at Albany State University studying criminal justice.
His mother was a nurse and his father, whom she divorced, had earned several educational degrees.
If Ross initially grew up in a rough neighborhood, he didn’t stay. In 1992, when Ross was 16, county records show that his mother, Tommie Roberts, purchased a 2,300 square foot home in Rolling Oaks Estates, an upscale cul-de-sac community in Miami Gardens.
Frazier said he was shocked when he learned who “Ross” was. He happened to see him on television and was taken aback by some of the language in his music.
When he saw Ross a few years later, the rapper told him, “Hey coach, I have to make a dollar.’’
“I guess you have to do what you have to do to be popular and sell records,’’ Frazier said.

Records show he agreed to perform a wide range of correctional officer duties including shoot an inmate attempting to escape.

    1. Dwight Stewart says:

All of these great rappers were brilliant students back in school. Let me get this straight, you’re mad because a non-ignorant brother became rich by talking about ignorant shit. what are you saying?! Jay Z, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Biggie, all these cats were brilliant students. That’s why they are brilliant businessmen. You invest a lot of energy supporting ignorant talk. Read the shit you just typed and tell me it doesn’t sound like your mad at a guy who used his brains to get out of the hood. I grew up down the street from where this guy lived, middle class or not you wouldn’t survive in that shit. I can speak on it because i lived it. You’ve NEVER been to Opa Locka/ Carol City, so shut the FUCK UP about what he went through and our neighborhoods. Rolling oaks is a decent area located in a bad ass neighborhood. That’s like me saying that Brooklyn and Compton aren’t rough neighborhoods, I wouldnt know because i’ve never been there. WTF bruh!?

      1. Anti-Hero says:

you’d probably hold that boys fries if he asked you too while he dipped em in ketchup

        1. Dwight Stewart says:

I bet you would if he asked you to. puss ass nigga.

      2. Samsohn says:

lol you have NO idea about Miami Gardens other than a ESPN documentary on the UM Hurricanes…please, Shut the fuck up!!

        1. Dwight Stewart says:

What part of “I LIVED DOWN THE STREET” is your dumb ass not comprehending

    2. Dwight Stewart says:

sorry bruh that shit is fucked up to me. why are you commenting on shit you’ve never lived. what if i google information about your life and neighborhood and said you aint go through shit because you come from hard working parents and 2,000 sq ft of land. its rural Miami, every bodies house is on 2,000+ sq ft of land. we have backyards, front yards and sidewalks all of that is included in that 2000 sq ft.

      1. Anti-Hero says:

When people give sq footage of homes they never include front and backyards and sidewalks, LMAO stop it. His momma bought a 2300 sq ft. home in Rolling Oakes Estates, an upscale cul-de-sac community, which is not the hood.

        1. Dwight Stewart says:

nigga, rolling oaks in in the hood. i live there down the street from rolling oaks.

      2. MMG Pleather says:

You must be really young. I can’t believe the Ross stan said a 2000 square foot house includes the sidewalks and yard.

        1. Dwight Stewart says:

I said 2000 sq feet of “land” includes yard space i didn’t say anything about land being included in the houses sq footage. YOUR illiterate ass must be very young. either way a 3 bedroom house is 2000 sq ft. again, very normal in rural Miami. 50 cent grew up in his grandmother two story house in queens. somewhere in the range of 6000+ sq ft. because most homes in suburban NY have 3 levels and a basement.

          1. Anti-Hero says:

IT SAID THEY MOVED INTO A 2300 SQ FT. HOUSE, NOT ONTO A 2300 SQ FT. LOT. FUCK YOU ARE AN IDIOT

          2. Dwight Stewart says:

i’m happy u can read. I didn’t read the shit because i dont care about his personal life. They moved in when he was 16 years old and he went off to school on a football scholarship at 17 or 18. so all this crying your doing is irrelevant…he didn’t grow up there, he lived there for a year and a half. complain about something else.

      3. Samsohn says:

fuck that – Ross lived in a gated community – dude can’t pretend his youth was in any way ‘hard’ – yes, Miami has bad areas, but Ross did NOT live in them – it’s simple – the man is 100% fraud, his popularity is declining

        1. Dwight Stewart says:

So me saying that “I FUCKING LIVED DOWN THE STREET for 25+ years” doesn’t mean shit clearly!? you’re listening to some ghost on a blog before you listen to someone that actually knows where fucking rolling oaks is. I use to plays ball at the park on a regular basis. There ISNT A FUCKING GATE TO GET THAT NEIGHBORHOOD. google map the shit dumbass. the entrance to the neighborhood is 183rd street and 17th Ave, Miami gardens, FL. See if your hating ass sees any gates That’s if you want the truth.

    3. It's Just Music says:

Now imagine if you used that energy to hate on Ross to do something productive to benefit yourself?

I’m glad you outlined a common theme in your stalker like profile on Ross. It’s that all that hood shit gets you in prison, dead, or stuck in the hospital.

Use your brain for a minute.

Do you think that these wealthy business (aka label owners) are going to invest MILLIONS into some thug ass bum ass loser on the street who raps?

Rap is entertainment, these guys are actors. If you listen to rap knowing its all lies then you won’t be disappointed.

      1. Samsohn says:

use your brain man – you listen to music knowing it’s all lies, and your ignorant ass drives around thinking you’re cool because of the deep bass and Ross’ lies blasting through your stereo – Rap USED to mean something – it USED to represent the struggle of the inner-city – NOW, it’s just Drake and Ross lying and making little girls and boys piss their pants – get a life – use your brain – we NEED real rap music to represent the struggle of the under-classes in America – not this Mastermind bullshit from a fat idiot

        1. It's Just Music says:

Who are you to say what rap music is suppose to be?
Music is an art form and reflects the culture of the current generation.
Get your head out the 90s man we are in 2014.

Ross built a persona around drug lords and king pins.
Will Smith built a persona when acting in bad boyz.
Both are entertainers, and they do that shit to ENTERTAIN.

The same people who bitch about the content in rap are the same people who don’t buy records.
You know why Drake and Ross are hot? Because people BUY their records!

If broke fucks like you bought IDK, the new Slaughterhouse album or whatever maybe we would be hearing about ‘real hip-hop’ all you stuck in the 90s hip hop heads have wet dreams about.

You know nobody is forcing you to listen to this type of music right?
You can always travel back damn near two decades to listen to 2pac or NWA if that’s what your into.

          1. Dwight Stewart says:

I agree! and even slaughterhouse ain’t “real rap” according to this fools assessment. They are just a bunch of talented rappers that talk about Corney shit…chopping people and putting them in garbage bags and shit.

        2. Dwight Stewart says:

Nigga. Biggie was a fraud! he wasn’t selling weight, he was a two bit hustler. Public enemy was a bunch of ass grabbing creeps and talk about the bullshit of their community one week and then talked about mistreating hoes the next week. get off your soap box and enjoy the music for what it is.

    4. Dwight Stewart says:

BTW the way, if you grew up in a ghetto for the first 16 years of your life, you have a very high chance of being ghetto! furthermore, we in America graduate high school at 17 or 18 depending on when our birthday is. he went off to school shortly after moving into that house. so what is your point.

    5. JON says:

Everybody knows Rick Ross not real but his music still dope af so you can save the exposing shit!! Also just because your family is middle class that doesnt mean you’re exempt from doing hood shit!! My family is middle class and I still be out in the hood because thats where my friends and I hang out!!

  17. Hussle says:

this nigga is like 50 LMAO instead of “actual”…its “most definitely”.

    1. BlueScalise says:

He was on The Breakfast Club and said Underdig 50 times.

    2. MMG Pleather says:

I counted like 10 underdigs in the last 4 minutes of part 2

  18. Dwight Stewart says:

All this hate feels like when Jay Z dropped the Black Album and became a mega star. keep up the hatred, it builds his brand.

    1. Anti-Hero says:

keep dreaming, he’s nearly 40 and on his way down. GFID was the peak of his career.

  19. Vurbz Fenomeno says:

haven’t even started watching and i’m already gearing up for elliots annoying laugh

  20. Slime Flu says:

He said being a C.O. was something he was never ashamed of but he denied it, lied about it, said haters were photoshopping his head, called Trick Daddy a sucka, had DJ Vlad beat up by his bodyguards, and all because he was ashamed and insecure about his past.

    1. Dwight Stewart says:

He wasn’t ashamed of his passed. he didn’t want his career destroyed over something that was irrelevant to his rap career. That deeper than rap album suffered for it. the rest of the world got over it and we just simply enjoy the music and watch him play the role that every other entertainer plays. I dont give a fuck about the truth. i enjoy the vibe it puts me in, period. If we would be really honest with ourselves, we wouldn’t wanna hear a real ghetto ass nigga rapping to us…Illiterate cat, with no vehicle, with his mouth full of gold teeth, nappy ass head, dirty ass clothes and no home training. Matter fact we hear it all the time when dudes at the supermarket try to sell us their mixtapes.

      1. Gunplay's Chain says:

you’re a great groupie. you should get a job on his street team

        1. Dwight Stewart says:

mufuckas snatching chains and posting it on the blogs just to get likes. 50’s trash album is dropping soon just wait on it.

  21. Be Epic says:

    amusing, insightful…
    cant hate…
regardless of all the criticism, the stupid ignorant rape lyric on UEANO, he demonstates how you rise above.

interesting. Not the biggest fan but he delivers at times.

  22. SkipperLife says:

Usually when booking flights, You need the DOB of the flyer. So unless Ross and Meek are born on the same date.. its weird that he got on that flight.

  23. Dwight Stewart says:

Part one was great. I’m ready for part 2

  24. Jesus Ernesto Alejos says:

“:y and how does he talk in this fake ass voice all the time. kudos. lol. “most definiteLEE” stfu officer ricky.

  25. dodo says:

RICK ROSS IS AN HIP HOP ACTOR.

    1. Dwight Stewart says:

all hip hop artist are actors, painting someone else’s pictures. do you want a gang banger that tries to rap or a good rapper that tells the gang bangers stories?

      1. Gunplay's Chain says:

just because your favorite rapper is the biggest fake we’ve seen thus far doesn’t make everyone else a liar, fake or an actor.

        1. Dwight Stewart says:

Pac and Jay Z are my top. Pac always talked about shit he didn’t do.

  26. FreSH82 says:

Salute to Rozay!! That hating shit getting old my nigga, see all the real niggas world wide fuck with this nigga, It’s mostly lame niggas and lil bitch ass white boys that hate on Rozay.. Dude is not hiding from his past the nigga was a c.o that was putting work in the jail for his homies but y’all niggas wouldn’t understand that shit!
I can’t wait to see what y’all lame hating niggas say when Master Mind come in 1st place on the charts next week…

  27. MpH says:

    Mos DEFinately!

  28. yorapper says:

Ross is such a boss. He makes nonsensical gibberish sound like magic.

  29. michael fig says:
