  8. Khaleel says:

I just don’t understand…why is it that cole never gets mentioned with drake and Kendrick? I feel like it’s because he’s kinda a mediocre version of both of them. He’s a good rapper and has good content, but isn’t as good as Kendrick. And he makes catchy songs about women and can sing, but he isn’t as good as drake.

  9. Hussle says:

Good interview. Huge Cole fan so glad I got to hear this

  10. ilexx says:

    @B.Dot No SoundCloud link?

I gave u guys a follow on SoundCloud but all you guys been doing lately is reposting Elliot & Wife’s relationship podcast. I’m not sure who is tryna hear dat shit but I am sure they can build a following.

I can’t see why you wouldn’t want to continue publishing the RapRadar podcasts on SoundCloud tho.

    1. datdudeoverthere says:

      I SMELL HATER!!!

      1. ilexx says:

When ppl cant see the difference between hate and constructive criticism its really funny to me.

Are you following them on play.it?!?

Do you listen to anything else on play.it?!?

So lets just get this settled then. Since most of the ppl on here who listen to HipHop related podcasts are listening to them on Sound Cloud, why on earth wouldn’t Rap Radar post them to Sound Cloud.

And further more, if I said that I follow them on Sound Cloud, then how could I possibly be a hater?

Bruh, I frequent this site, I am apart of this site’s audience, who happens to be giving feedback about the users experience.

Instead of being a mindless zombie posting “I smell hater!!!”. Lolol.

        1. Bowman says:

The podcast is a CBS-owned entity. Play.it is CBS’s version of SoundCloud. Makes sense that CBS would only want it to live on a CBS owned streaming service. They probably aren’t legally allowed to place it on SoundCloud. Contractual…end of story..

          1. ilexx says:

I get that. But they didn’t have to go that route.

Basically they sold out and went corporate instead of just doing their thing independently. I can’t entirely knock it because we don’t know the funds involved in whatever contract they signed.

Confining you to their distribution platform benefits CBS more than it does RR and could stifle them in the long-run but I guess we have to see how it plays out.

RapRadar can’t even post their podcast directly to their website because at the moment play.it doesn’t even have an embedded mp3 player bro. They have to post a link to their own podcast and send their traffic off-site. All I’m saying is at the moment it seems kinda backwards.
