50 Cent isn’t the only one out the Unit landing movie roles. AHH reports that Tony Yayo will make his acting debut as “Carlos” in the upcoming Bennie Boom movie, SWAT: Fire Fight. No release date as of yet, but production started last month in Detroit. Yayo spoke with XXL on his role:
“[This] is a real big, big look. It’s a big movie. It’s gonna be crazy. I can’t tell you everything, but I can tell you I’m definitely one of the bad guys. I fit the part…It feels good to play the bad guy. And it’s definitely gonna be me against the police.”
Tomorrow night, actress Betty White is set to host Saturday Night Live for the first time with musical guest Jay-Z. During rehearsals, she tells MTV that they will appear in at least one sketch together. That’s golden.
“The nerves are running rampant tonight because I’m scared to death, if you really want to know the truth,” she said about the big show this weekend. “Well, there are a lot of sketches coming up. I know it seems like about 350, and I will be doing a couple of sketches with Jay-Z, so that should be fun. “I’m very excited about meeting him, and I bragged to all my friends who think I’m over the hill,” she joked. “Well, I did a sketch with Jay-Z.”
