“Around the time the brother passed away and went to heaven. I had an opportunity to talk to him on the phone before he passed away, and he was excited about me working with him and likewise. I didn’t know he was so heavy at what he does. I felt this one was real special and I wanted to give him his shine on it. That video is gonna be crazy. You know me, I’m a creative dude— so I’m thinking of all different kinda ways to structure this project and let people know we taking it all the way back. I’m going for fans that knew what it’s supposed to be.”

Last night, Nipsey Hussle dropped his anticipated mixtape, Bullets Aint Got No Name Vol. 3 via Onsmash. Well, sorta. Sticking with his “all money in, no money out” mantra, the tape came with a $10 price tag and an audio stream on imeem. Drats! Like most fans, I thought Vol.3 was going to be a free, not  fee download. Well, after politickin’ with Cinematic CEO Jonny Shipes, he decided to provide us frugal folks with a DL link. Apparently Pun’s wife, Eliza Rios, isn’t living the glamour life. In an interview with Ms. Drama, she divulges about living with her kids in a NYC shelter. Excluding the 116K she recived after Pun passed, she says that she hasn’t recieved any additional royalties. She also says that she hasn’t communicated with Fat Joe nor any “regular industry heads.” Man, can someone page Steve Rifkind?
