Why the fuck wont they just use the one with him lying on the bed(nhjic) that seemed pretty good and def. not as gimmicky as Relapseâs. I also want that red cross gone. When they starting pulling off these themes like the prescription tags with Relapse and the cross with these covers it just makes me weary since his best works had just a plain pic of him, a set and the album name period.

I agree, this album wont sell well and this is coming from a certified Em stan. This has been the laziest marketing Iâve ever seen for a Major Eminem album. If they put as much effort as they did to promote Relapse now weâd be at a fever pitch especially since the material is superior but for some reason its like their all passed out in the studio playing around with twitter. @Cudder brings up a good point..Eminem only had multiple covers for ONE album..The Marshall Mathers LP because the two concepts of lashing out on fame (the cover of him crouched looking scared) and the concept of taking it back to the roots of his past (Him in front of his old house) were sooo powerful they needed two covers. And no, it wasnt JUST because there was a clean and dirty version because heâs had two versions of his albums ALWAYS and only ONE instance of this.
Also, Mr. Porter said that Recovery sounds like The Marshall Mathers LP. Now Iâm not anticipating a worldwide takeover how he did from 2000-2001 when this album ruled EVERYTHING but I do think that Recovery is going to shock ALOT of people with how good it is. And by âpeopleâ I mean Hip Hop heads.
