Cudder was charged with felony criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance earlier today in NYC. According to the Daily News Cudi went into a druken rage inside a woman’s apartment where he broke her door hinges and cell phone. So much for the pursuit of happiness.

A glass bottle of a controlled substance was found at HER apartment but he gets charged with possession.. I really don’t know if that charge will stick.
Kid Cudi probably used a screwdriver or knife to unhinge that door.. Since he is a lightweight there is no way he could have kicked it down.
He’ll lawyer up and probably will get the charges reduced to just pay for her damages ( a new cell phone, door, etc.), and attend anger management classes.
You really think he was sober when he did that, if he was then he has some serious mental issues.
