  23. JIMMY says:

    100% WACK! SMH!

    -JIMMY IS THE ILLEST

  24. theBroKing says:

“The lowest point in the album is most definitely “Lighters” which features Bruno Mars, music’s current vehicle of mainstream success. Having worked with such names as B.o.B and Travie McCoy over the past 12 months, the pop sensation’s collaboration within the dark themes of Bad Meets Evil doesn’t quite make sense. More questionably, why does the track find Royce and Eminem rapping over a beat that sounds like it was produced by Owl City? To generate sales? Not only is the song appalling but feels out of place in an album, a matter made even more awkward when Eminem talks about sticking his penis in Nicki Minaj’s anus in “Fast Lane.”
    —————-
    truest shit ever

  25. theBroKing says:

i hate how eminem has to enlist these huge mainstream acts to write hooks for him so he can remain relevant.. be creative bro, go out on a limb and try something new for once ffs. take a risk instead of playing it safe with hooks from rihanna

  26. Bangers N Mash says:

Shit is dope as fuck. cool how they used the guy from the original bad meets evil song.

  27. Vodka says:

    EP is classic

  28. Chunk says:

cosign @ Bad Meets Evil > Hell: The Sequel

They need to start changing up the structure of those verses, man.

  29. I Said SHUT UP When I'm Talking To You, YOU HEAR ME? ANSWER ME!! says:

theBroKing…. shut the hell up faggot, he did one song with that punching bag, and it was him trying new cause he usually sticks with people in his circle to do music, if he had kept it in his circle faggots like you would be like ”ohhh he needs to work with other people im tired of hearing the same shit from him” and now that he is working with other people it’s ”ohhh he needs to stick to doing songs with the people in his circle” ………bitch shut the hell up, don’t like it? don’t listen to it.

  30. I distrust camels says:

@Cold Blood SMH that ” hip hop is dead ” shit it´s played out .. you don´t support hip-hop ! hip hop is dead because of idiots like you ! IDIOT ! .. and i´m not a fan of eminem .. so i´m not a stan .. i´m just tired of people like you ! SUPPORT “real” hip hop and stop whining ! Hate Me Now ? FUCK ! how stupid ?

  31. Nickey Black says:

Those rhymes they posted of Em and Royce just sound like a bunch words meshed together to rhyme, it’s not jaw dropping like I’m lead to believe.

I swear Nas’s verses from his 1994 song REPRESENT smashes anything they say.

Rakims verses from the 1988 song FOLLOW THE LEADER buries whatever they say.

Method Mans 1993 verses from the song BRING THE PAIN destroys whatever they saying now.

Cassidy’s Cosmic Kev Freestyle of 2011 puts this stuff they saying under the bed.

Mos Defs 1999 song MS FATBOOTY eats these lyrics they spittin.

Basically y’all fans hyping and souping these dudes up to be lyrical monsters and I gave you 4 reasons why they not!

NO SUBSTANCE, JUST FAST RAPPING NONSENSE.

They good but they ain’t great ~Jadakiss

  32. Nickey Black says:

5 reasons, my bad, you wanna fight about it?

  33. Word says:

    @Nick Black

All yu did was give your opinion on them. Its not fact. Relax

  34. Are u serious? says:

Haha so nickey black, u need to go back and look up some of the best old verses to compare them to songs on this EP? They’re not saying that these are the best rap lyrics ever, just better than the other trash out. Why everyone always gotta compare? If u don’t like it, then get the fuck out

  35. Nickey Black says:

#1 Why don’t you fans use your real name?

    # 2 …. the truth hurts huh?

At word, oh it’s facts I gave homey.

    At and r u serious, r u serious homey?
Do the research for me and holla back!

  36. Em! Royce! BM3! Shady! Slaughterhouse! Mr. Porter! D12! Dre! Yela! Cash! 50! Banks! Yayo! The Unit! Aftermath! #1!

  37. xFUCK says:

yo i heard the whole shit album already and it sucks really really REALLY! this aint eminem anymore. eminem died after encore. RIP

  38. Prophecy Child says:

EP is dope as fuck! They bodied every single beat on that EP, your favorite rapper isn’t fuckin’ with Shady Records lyrically this year

    Classics:

    Welcome to Hell
    Take from me
    Above the law

  39. puerto-black says:

    @Nickey Black, You Mad?

  40. puerto-black says:

@Nickey Black. To each, there own however you really think Em and Royce cant rap?

  41. onanigga says:

The Ep is great, this advert is gay though, why waste you time just put another video out

  42. Abbey says:

at Nickey Black! Shut the Hell up! if you hate it so much why the hell are you on here commenting so much? get a life bro! shut the hell up and get ready to eat your words when this EP goes Platinum!

  43. B says:

Good to see people debating about verses again.

  44. Devil says:

EP is off the chain son!
Those who say it’s wack are faggots who are used to hearing niggas always rapping about the same shit…if they don’t hear nothing about money, cars, bitches and weed they won’t like it…do you expect monkeys to like lyrical stuff? I don’t think so.

  45. WestCoast says:

    BME fire
no one fuck with Shady Team (Shady & Royce &joe&Croock’id&Budden&Mr porter producer)

  46. as says:

I don’t understand some of you guys. Eminem goes off on ‘Welcome 2 Hell’, and the back and forth fluidity at the end is unrivaled. ‘Take From Me’ is a fantastic introspective track without getting to ‘poppy’ (heaven forbid!). ‘Above The Law’ is great. ‘A Kiss’ has some pretty hilarious moments. For being an EP, I think it’s pretty well done.

I’ll forever love Eminem/Royce older stuff because Eminem’s creativity at that point was so on point and unlike anything I’d ever heard before. That said, Eminem’s flow is still monstrous, his rhymes are still on point most the time, he still has witty punchlines, and his introspective stuff is just pure gold because of how raw he’s always been with emotion.

    I can’t complain.

  47. ROTFLMAO says:

only good songs on album are welcome to hell and fastlane but the rest … decent lyrics from em but ehhhhh!!

  48. Nickey Black says:

At Puerto Black, nah they can rap they ass off. But IMO it ain’t really impressive like that. I heard better.

I’m just a critic and I’m far from mad homey. Big Pun for example was impressive. Em use to be- 1999/2003

Jay Z leaves a great impression, for example: Encore or ESOM

  49. xFUCK says:

@Abbey, platinum nigga??? what has quantity to do with quality??? so that would mean mc hammer is one of the best rappers alive or what?! its sad to see that there are still people who havent learned the difference between quantity and quality yet. u a dumb fuck. fuckin bitch!

  50. Word says:

    @Nickey Black

Imean then again, whos raps these days ARE impressive? I noticed you brought up a lot of old songs and compare them to these recent verse. Why not compare them to Ems older verses? His verses on MMLP were all on point, every last one. Imean, your bringing up old stuff and comparing it to new stuff. We all know music and verses were better back then so its pointless to compare. Compare any rappers recent verse with a recent verse from Em or Royce. Imean id say they pretty even or Em might have the slight edge. I admit he says more corny stuff these days and he overuses the rapid fire flow but on the EP at least we dont hear him screaming 24/7. On A Kiss, man his flow was on point. Spazzed on the intro too. It aint impressive, but shit I aint impressed by nuffin these days cuz I heard better in the 90s and early 00s. Nuffin has to be classic for me to like it. I’ll just take whatevers good and this EP is good IMO.

  51. jams says:

reno shut up. and john you still wack lmao… SHADY!!!

  52. mandy says:

the best song is THE REUNION
best song for real i think eminem is washed up now.

  53. mandy says:

also the beat and hook of “a kiss” are fuckin awesome
“five things you are in charge of ; sucking the dick, sucking the dick, sucking the dick,….”

  54. lu8799533 says:

look forward the fast lane mv

  55. puerto-black says:

@Word, well said and true indeed.

  56. puerto-black says:

@Nicky Black, I’ll agree to disagree

  57. Nickey Black says:

At word, yeah I respect that. At least we aint cursing each other out and to Puerto Black, I was basing the verses I read that you posted and listening to the actual song simultaneously. I wasnt impress but of course plenty are, like Abbey, who bases it on album sales. REALLY?

BP3 wasn’t classic but it had major substance, so much so he has’nt dropped another album yet, unlike when Em did Relapse and quickly released Recovery less than a year later and now he has BME. Why all the rushing? To be lyrical monsters IMO means to have substance behind it and not a “control substance” like IM ON EVERYTHING. That was ridiculous for dudes pushing 40. I swear I hate trying to make my point blogging, I would rather be face to face with ppl cuz clearly hip hop has lost it’s essence when you think spit’n utter nonsense all the time is “hip hop.”

Puerto Black your right, “I’ll agree to disagree.”

At Word your right also, not many ppl are impressive which is why I would assume you might understand my critical opinion about 2 superb lyricist who do nothing for me but spit senseless wordplay. LIGHTERS gets a pass, I “kinda” dig that.

But dudes like Ross, Wiz, Gucci, Game, 50, Nikki, Wayne, Odd Future and others, is nothing compared to non sellers like- Dead Prez, Cass, Saigon, Nas, Mos Def, Meth and Rakim. Not many no more these days, it goes to show me HIP HOP SUCKS!

  58. pienman says:

can’t wait for dis joint to drop! damn, well be a def. summer indeed
