fat joe, imma have to give you props on this one. not only did you lose the weight for your health and your fam, but you kicked a message to the rest of the world about eating healthy. Just one thing though joe, you gotta die sooner or later and you will leave your kid(s) behind. that issue is beyond your control, although it may seem other than that. a string of young seemingly healthy athletes in their 20s died in the last several years. one of the most obese human beings recorded was born in ’53 (so he’s 57) and he’s still kicking. so you will die when Allah (God) determines that. but that does not mean to not try and live and be healthy, as that is a better lifestyle choice. so prepare for the day you return to your maker by worshipping Him alone and doing sincere good deeds, get out the rap game…….and be healthy cause its the better thing to do and the better example to set!
