So much for Ebony and Ivory. In an excerpt from the latest Vanity Fair, Justin Timberlake says Jay-Z was too busy to appear on his sophomore album, FutureSex/LoveSounds. Cry me a river.
“Jay-Z has put out 11 albums, and I was talking about doing collaboration with him, and he said, ‘I can’t do it right now, but I’ll get you on the next album.’ I was like, ‘No, man, I don’t work like that. This sounded good to me for you and me to do together, and if it doesn’t work, then I totally get it, but I won’t be putting an album out next year; these aren’t a dime a dozen to me.'”

None of them need the other. They’re both megastars. As to why jay didn’t grant the feature, who knows? No biggie anyway.
Side note 1: there shouldn’t be a rush for the next JT album. Its about the quality. Futuresexlovesounds was a colossal album that’s still selling now. When the albums ready, it’ll come out. His movie career has been great anyway.
Side note 2: as long as rick ross is popular and gets a pass for his past, can’t no one say shit about Nsync.
